I didn’t like any part of this trip. It was the worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life. I arrived with ants and other bugs inside the room. I also noticed the air conditioning not working the outside bathroom completely filthy. The front door was extremely difficult to lock and the lack of privacy is extremely disgusting. I demand a refund as I walked in Left my room within 2 to 3 hours I did not stay at Property over the night and I had to find other accommodation that lets me out of pocket budget. Dag 1, toilet doet het niet. Dag 2 watervoorziening doet het helemaal niet. Veel geld betaald voor relatief slecht verblijf. Zeer matige compensatie gekregen. Contact met leidinggevende via whatsapp was dramatisch. Zeer slechte prijs kwaliteitsverhouding

I could go on and on with a list of negative points, but I'll try to keep it brief. The smell of mould, cobwebs and insects. Very poor cleaning. Maintenance also in very poor condition. Peeling toilet seat. Taps not working. Breakfast also very dodgy. The location is terrible, not only because it's far away but also because the road is in bad condition. The place lacks a lot of maintenance and the staff, although friendly, are not very proactive. It really isn't worth the price you pay.

Nous avons eu des soucis de Douchet car il manquait de l’eau dans la citerne. La piscine n’était pas très propre.

When we arrived place was down a very long driveway and very hard to get to, this is not displayed anywhere on the description. When we went in some of the facilities were hard to use door was hard to open, shower didn’t run properly and sheets and towels were dirty very disappointing. Pool was not clean at all couldn’t swim in it

La ubicación, no cambian las toallas, mucha humedad

I wish the rooms were more comfortable and the cleaning more thorough. Be prepared for ants and insects, but we got used to it.
