Rooms were not cleaned during a one week stay

I asked for handicapped, didn't get it.My husband's on a wheelchair.They sent us to the farthest room and the hotel, which is room two forty eight.It took us like five minutes to get to the elevator.
I try to get room service in the morning. Nobody answered the phone and I tried it numerous times

The shuttle service back to the hotel from the cruise was awful. We waited almost 1 hour for the shuttle.

It took me 6 times to make the reservation. I got hung up on a few times. I went from a $300 stay to a $508 stay then called the next day and my reservation could not be found. So I paid again! This time the cost was $630!!! Plus parking. I was told I would get a refrigerator soon as I checked in, I did not. They had no one to bring one to me. No bellman, I loaded all my bags. I then took the bell cart down and moved my car. I was told I would get a “tub” not shower/tub small. I was told I was getting a suite, that didn’t happen either. When checking in I asked if they could credit me a breakfast or two, no. I had to call for a fridge the next morning since all my colds were getting hot and I had to throw away. They did not apply my points to my room only when I asked. (I think) The first day in the pool it was full of hair and bugs. I asked a maid through the fence for someone to sweep the pool. The next day the pool was nice and clean. The hot tub however was green. It was just one thing after another!

Noise from tree trimmers, but I know that was just timing.

Cleanliness of the bar, restaurant, patio areas, they were not taken care of to the level you would expect for a hotel.

We booked thru booking.com and it was deceiving because I never feek disclosures are made with prices . I was advised at checkin that there was a fee for parking and my pet . This wasn’t made clear ahead of time. I find this frustrating . It is a lovely place and young lady I made aware did comp me for parking which is was happy about . I also believed I booked king bed and we ended up with queen ???

The room was a bit old. Shower would not drain fast so showered in backed up water. Room was not made up one day. Not up to Double Tree standards

Our bathroom didn't have a working exhaust fan, and the lights were quite dim. The balcony furniture should be cleaned regularly, as it was dusty, had bird droppings, and the lounge chair had a large hole in it. If you get a room with a balcony, be prepared to see what your neighbor is doing. The balcony walls are short and you can easily see into other guests' rooms.
I paid extra for breakfast to be included in my stay, however, I didn't receive my vouchers for the first morning. The gentleman at the front gave me the vouchers, and advised that they should've been put under our door. Yet, on the second morning, we still didn't have breakfast vouchers. 🤔
Parking is $25 per night, and all meal tickets charge a 20% gratuity, even the "included breakfast." The pictures on their site show a full breakfast buffet, but that isn't the case at all. Everything is pre-plated in the kitchen, which you order from a menu. We chose the "American breakfast" plates, and let me just say, the food is nowhere near the amount they charge for it.
Overall, the stay was decent, but for what you're being charged, it could be better. I was underwhelmed, because I was expecting to have my experience match others' reviews, and that didn't happen.
