Pros:

The hotel was great — clean, comfortable, and very convenient. We stayed here before our cruise, and it’s very close to the cruise port, which made everything easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

location was excellent.

Cons:

rooms where not ready - and we were told that we would be texted once they were. we were not informed. needed to get in a line to get our keys.

Not a good start to a cruise vacation.
Pros:

Staff was great
Bathroom sink backed up and we could not utilize the facilities in the morning.
The individual on duty at checkout told us that the manager was not there and there was nothing he could to rectify the situation, but we could wait on her arrival.
We did not have time to wait due to the cruise departure time constraints.
Not the best way to start a vacation.

The bathroom sink backed up and made a mess.
The spill came up from the sink drain and we were unable to use the facilities in the morning.
I brought up the issue at checkout, but to no avail as the manager was not on site.

Location was covenient but nothing else.
Pros:

I was going on a cruise with my wife and the hotel had free shuttle to the cruise port.

Cons:

The hotel was old and outdated. Rooms need to be remodelled. If you are going on a cruise then this is the place to spend the night prior. Other than that this Hotel is a big no. No restaurants within walking distance.

Not worth it please do not book here
Pros:

I love San Pedro. It’s very beautiful. The location was in a nice place.

Cons:

The room was dirty and filthy. The rug was gross. It didn’t look vacuumed. The staff members were rude and no disrespect, but the staff serving the food. We’re not nice people. We waited in a line 30 minutes to eat. When I first got to my room, my refrigerator didn’t work and the closet I couldn’t hang my clothes up because the closet pole, and there was very low and I was going to a funeral and my dress was dragging on the ground so they moved me to another room which was even worse
