Pros:

Rene was excellent. He took really good care of our group. We appreciated his exceptional service.

Cons:

There were bugs in our bathroom. This didn't leave us with confidence that your hotel is clean.

All in all it was great - I was stationed at Fort MacArthur 50 plus years ago…it was cool being back
Pros:

Wonderful people all in all - one up-front person was a little sour (we all can have a bad day) so all is well!

Cons:

Lack of towels in the room - we needed to seek out towels…we were told the dryer was being fixed…ultimately we had towels…we should have been told up front when we checked in!!! Honesty is the best policy! There was the sour person! All in all it was a good stay!

Will not stay here again…
Pros:

That it was close to our cruise port.

Cons:

The free shuttle rides to the port. They advertise it and highlight it as a feature. However, you cant put your name on the shuttle list day of check in. Which is understandable. I called morning off and they refused to put me on the list. You have to physically be at the property. So if your flight gets in late be prepared to have to pay for an uber ride to the port. It was such a bummer because we specifically picked this hotel due to the free shuttle offering. The front desk was not kind what so ever about this either. Also, at the hotel restaurant that same evening we had dinner. About 4 hours later we got food poisoning from the carne asada tacos.

Nice location, But I expect to not have pests.
Pros:

Walking distance to the beach and the Staff, front desk are nice.

Cons:

The pests in the room. Ants. Room was a balcony and decrepit and needs to be renovated. The inside air conditioner looked like water inside the wall, possibly mold. Balcony Screen was broken. Sad. Keep in mind I am on vacation and paying top dollar. Sad.

Die Lage von diesem Hotel ist super schnell beim Cruise Terminal. Es war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, für mein Auto musste ich noch Parplatzgebühren bezahlen. Das Abendessen ist kalt von der Küche gekommen.

Great place, great view.
Pros:

The view was great, having the bar and restaurant on site was a great thing.

Cons:

The room could have has some better maintenance. Surfaces needed to be refinished, there was some peeling veneer on the bathroom door.

Stunning location, great staff, would definitely return
Pros:

The reception staff were absolutely amazing. I felt safe there, it was the most stunning location, overlooking all these beautiful yachts and literally five minutes from the cruise ship terminal as I was joining a ship the next day. The room was huge and very comfortable the bed was just gorgeous

Cons:

I just felt perhaps the restaurant could’ve been better. It was a little bit basic, the selection, and the food. The breakfast buffet was very sparse but I did go down about quarter of an hour before breakfast finished. I did think that breakfast was quite overpriced for what it was. It didn’t entice me very much. I think that’s the only thing that I felt that the Property down.

Fantastic balcony room facing the marina.
Pros:

Beautiful property right on the marina! We saw seals and could hear the sea lions singing from our balcony.

Very happy with this hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

It was clean, the accommodations were nice. It had everything we needed. The restaurant was good. The shuttle service for cruise both ways was excellent.

Cons:

We have no complaints.
