Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Lage des Hotels und die Umgebung waren wirklich sehr gut, und die Anbindung war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war für den Preis der Unterkunft ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers überhaupt nicht zufrieden.

Der Teppichboden in unserem Zimmer war deutlich verschmutzt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir beim Reinigen des Nachbarzimmers gesehen haben, dass dort ein sauberer Parkettboden vorhanden war. Dadurch ist uns der große Unterschied zwischen den beiden Zimmern besonders aufgefallen.

Unter den Kissen waren Haare zu finden, wodurch leider der Eindruck entstand, dass die Bettwäsche nicht gründlich gewechselt bzw. kontrolliert worden war. Auch der Boden in der Duschkabine war nicht sauber.

Außerdem waren in unserem Zimmer keine Zahnbürsten oder Zahnpasta vorhanden. Das ist zwar nicht unbedingt ein Muss, aber wir hatten bisher in anderen Hotels die Erfahrung gemacht, dass solche grundlegenden Hygieneartikel bereitgestellt wurden.

Unser Zimmer lag außerdem über einem Zimmer, in dem offenbar geraucht wurde. Der Zigarettenrauch zog von unten in unser Zimmer, sodass wir die Balkontür leider nicht offen lassen konnten.

Der Kühlschrank war komplett leer, nicht einmal eine kleine Flasche Wasser war vorhanden.

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Sauberkeit leider enttäuscht. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das sehr freundliche und herzliche Personal sowie die gute Lage des Hotels.

Pros:

The staff was polite. We asked for information about parking and the man at the desk politely explained how to pay. There was also lots of street parking available. Fairly cheap room.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned, there was hair on the sheets and the floors were sticky. We got two old towels, not bath towels and one had a hole in it from being old. We stayed for 2 nights and asked for clean cups the second morning, we were told someone will bring it up to the room but no one did. The room door was rattling and the mini-fridge was very noisy - hard to sleep. It was cheaper than other options but it could've definitely been cleaner regardless.

Perfect for a good night sleep.
Pros:

Although the hotel is located on the Buda side the tram takes you to the party district within 20 minutes. Quick and easy transport. Shopping Mall and great cafes nearby, quiet and safe area.

Cons:

Some water pipes were a bit loud.
