Wonderful hotel; great value.
Pros:

Spacious suite with modern amenities. Loved that it had a 1/2 bathroom in addition to main. Spacious Dining area with great breakfast buffet and ala carte. Very helpful and attentive staff.

Cons:

Seems like nitpicking but Towels and toilet paper could have been quality. Piped tune (Coming home) in the common area was the continuously the same and got tiring after a while. Also there were a lot of flys in the dining area.

It was a short one night stay but was very good. Despite being a business hotel it had kids zone which my child enjoyed

had taken a two bedroom suite ... loved the size of the rooms / suite . It was neat , clean and convenient. Not too far from NH48 ... but I wish the road to the hotel was a little more lit (not a problem of the hotel though)

Cons:

The guy at the reception Gaurav .. we reached at 11 pm ...Gaurav was there at the reception .... he looked quite irritated ... never a smile on his face, thats the least you expect when you reach a hotel (dont know why they put him in reception) . Next morning too he didnt bother to smile and had the same constipated expression as the previous night .... looked like we had bothered him lot .... He was the one and only negative of the hotel . I wish they kept some chair / small sofa in the bedroom ..there was nothing !!!

Pros:

all the crews in the hotel was very kind. especially at the restaurant i can say it was wonderful. although it is vegan, pasta was respectful.
if i have chance to visit surat again, i will choose here again.

Good place to stay , but you will have to get non-vegetarian meals elsewhere

Overall it was a nice property to choose comfortable Stay.
Pros:

Nice Property, Breakfast was good. Dinner was also Good. F&B Staff is good in service.

Cons:

Initially when I was entered to property for check-in, Front desk staff given me lower floor i.e. 215 but they showed Room 405 in show round. When I was specially requested for high floor at the time of booking but later on at the time of check-in she denied to allot me high floors. But after that they finally allot me 405. Room Service is not attentive, very slow.

Great value for money
Pros:

Rooms were amazing! So spacious. Staff were so helpful , respectful and friendly. Alqays smiling staff. The breakfast was good. Food was so tasty. Overall the vibe and hotel checked every box!

Cons:

There was just a weird drain smell by the elevator side and the toilets on the L floor could use some upgrading.
