Central location with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Just a 5‑minute walk from the Aircoach 704X express bus stop from Dublin Airport. Good rooms.
Traffic in the city center can be heavy. If you need to order a taxi or Uber, book it the evening before, as it can be virtually impossible to get one at 8:00 a.m.
The breakfast is repetitive, but sufficient.
Not enough light, room is too dark.

I’m not sure if you wash your sheets in something that’s mentholated or if the previous party put bengay creme on themselves because the sheets had that strong odor and my pajamas had that strong smell so bad that when I put them on at my next lodging destination, it was so strong I couldn’t wear my pajamas again!!
Centralized in Cork City, a lot of things were in walking distance.
Room had kitchenette with all the equipment needed. Especially great, if you buy food at The English Market.
Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!
Just that they didn’t have their own hotel parking. But, parking garage directly across from hotel, and they did validate your parking ticket for a good discount.

The breakfast was fine only what you would expect from a good hotel based on the food. So would recommend but not rave, except they were very dog friendly, including at breakfast, which I would rave about.
The hotel is for long term stays do very handy to have a kitchen in the studio.
The room was clearly set up for wheelchair and mobility issues which was impressive.
Great location for both sides of the river and exploring central Cork great views and dog walk if you have the legs to get up the hill behind the hotel.
No restaurant. The listing says there is but it really means just for breakfast. There are many restaurants nearby but ours was a last minute trip so it was hard to find somewhere on a Saturday night. A hotel restaurant would be have been great.
The room being set up for wheelchairs meant no toilet lid a low level sink.w
Which I wouldn't have chosen but was OK and clearlya good thing if you need it.

Breakfast had quite a few options as well as hot food station which all of it was very good. We were happy to see that they had a laundry facility as we had been traveling for two weeks and this came in very handy.
Couldn't think of anything that needed improvement.

Great location, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We were able to park the car in the Q park across the road and received a discount on this too. Breakfast was a welcome addition too.
