Very poor service and cleanless room and bathroom.
Very poor options were very limited - 2 idlies per person, No chutney
The attitude of the front office was very negative. The rooms are also being used for 3 hours by couples ????
2 days before checkout the front office refused to give the keys to my colleagues in the night after they returned from a long days of work demanding the balance payment even though i had made 50 % advance of the total amount during check in . I had to come in early morning all the way from Bandra to pay the next day and there was no card payment options.
There was nothing to be liked in the property the location was not good at all it was between slums.
The rooms were too small we paid for break fast but we did not get it even a single day as the time was from 8.30 and we had to leave the hotel by 8am, the bathroom sink was hanging half out. we ordered food which was brought from some other restaurant and was not good at all, not worth to money we paid
They gave me deluxe room
Room and hotel is very dirty, location and surrounding is not comfortable. Rent is too high compared to hotel and room quality.
Always a bad smell of drainage in hotel
The rooms were neat and clean.. check-in happened very smoothly. Staff are helpful. Over all my stay was satisfying with the cost I paid. Thank you team Riva international.
It's clean.
The hotel is in a gully. No parking facility. Breakfast is just one item, not a buffet.
