Pros:

Ce que j'ai préféré c'était l'emplacement.

Cons:

Je vais être honnête, les commentaires m'ont vendu presque du rêve vu le prix mais ce n'était pas le cas. La chambre était mal isolée, le vent rentrait depuis le bas de la perte et ce qui sert de fenêtre, le chauffage marchait pas très bien. Mais le pire pour nous c'était le nettoyage, à part les draps tout semblait pas lavé. Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux par terre dans la chambre et les WC. Des bouchons de produits dans les coins de la chambre, la petite mini lampe au centre de la table était sale avec une sorte de texture brûnâtre, la même pour le ciseaux et le grand coûteaux de cuisine (on les a pas utilisé). Supplément les linges même si lavés avaient des cheveux longs et noirs et c'étaient les linges qui ne séchaient pas bien.

値段がとにかく安いのもあり、総評して値段以上の価値だと感じた。
Pros:

大宮駅に近くロケーションとして悪くない。
コンビニが近いのも良かった。
出張利用も多いエリアだと思うので、ランドリーが無いので、コインランドリーの設備があるとなお良いと思う。
朝、二条城まで散歩したが良い気分だった。

Cons:

部屋が寒い。コンクリート打放しのため仕方ないが。
質問のメールをしたが回答を貰えなかった。対応が良いとは言えない。

Dichtbij de metro en bus. Rustige straat

Cons:

Kamer was heel donker, raam kon open maar er zat letterlijk 30 cm tussen het andere gebouw. Ontzettend koud en de airco was in geen jaren schoongemaakt, waardoor je deze ook echt niet aan wil hebben! Bah!!
De stroom viel uit rond 23:30 - konden het personeel niet bereiken via telefoon. Het was onwijs koud, en moesten een half uur wachten tot we bericht kregen van de eigenaar. Moesten in het pik donker al onze spullen pakken en werden naar een andere kamer verwezen, mochten niets laten liggen want zouden de oude kamer niet meer in kunnen. Ze konden de stroom storing niet verhelpen omdat er niemand aanwezig was die even de switch terug omhoog kon zetten…

Super Hotel mit bester Lage
Pros:

Super Lager, riesiges Apartment, top ausgestattet und all das zu einem super Preis. Was will man mehr. Dieses Hotel merk ich mir für den nächsten Besuch.

Location is fantastic. A bit dated, but had a kitchenette if you wanted to eat in room.
Pros:

Location is outstanding! Very close to train station and some good local restaurants and businesses and we were easily able to navigate to local attractions. The room was equipped with the basic necessities and was reasonably priced. If you wanted to cook in your room, it was equipped with a kitchenette, dishes, fridge, sink and cooktop. Our son stayed in a nearby room and it was nice, had a large sliding door that let in a lot of natural light and his bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bed in our room was extremely hard ( like sleeping on just a box spring), the only window looked out to an alley with a building about two feet away and it was frosted glass so it was quite dark. The wall colors were navy blue and a goldenrod, so it made it seem even darker. Reminded me a bit of a college dorm room.

Uwaga na brak światła dziennego w pokoju!
Pros:

Możliwość zrezygnowania z trzech z czterech noclegów i otrzymanie zwrotu pieniędzy.

Cons:

Podstawową wadą był brak światła dziennego, gdyż okno wychodzi wprost na ścianę budynku obok. Ponadto ciemna pościel i ciemne ręczniki nie pozwalają na stwierdzenie czy są czyste.

Lovely. Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The place was fantastic. Room bathroom and kitchen were large. I kinda messed up the check out time. It is was my mistake but they were very understanding. Everything worked well and it was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would most assuredly stay there again.

Cons:

No complaints. It was fantastic

Limpeza: muito pó ao redor da geladeira , atrás das portas e cama . Um quarto que não é arejado e deixa sua rinite atacada do momento que você vai dormir ao acordar. Comentei sobre isso durante a minha estadia e não eles não se posicionaram.

Not clean, moldy AC, bad towels, and sick for the rest of my trip.

Cons:

The property was not well prepared for the cold that came in the night. The unit AC was completely covered with black mold and this caused me and my partner to get sick for the rest of our trip. They had small heaters available but that was still not enough to deal with the cold. Since there is no staff on site no one could clean the AC, and the towels available are small and not consistent. Sometimes you get a normal towel, other times you get a microfiber towel. I reached out to them to fix their mistake but it seems they dont want to resolve.

fantastica location super comodo podes cocinar ahi es como tener tu propio apartamento en kyoto cerca de la estacion del tren y con conexiones a todos lados, super volvere a ir a ahi si la vida me lleva kyoto otra vez

Cons:

tiene muchas gap en la puerta principal y se cuela mucho el frio pero con el aire caliente puesto todo el dia el apartamento esta calentito, deberian mirarlo para no gastar tanto en aire acondicionado
