Cons:

ここは良いところとのバランスだと思うけど色んな機能がスマートフォンに依存しているホテルなのでバッテリーがないとか部屋に忘れた時などは不便かも

I am writing this to warn anyone considering a stay at MUSUBI HOTEL. My recent stay was a health nightmare due to gross negligence in their cleaning process.
• The Issue: I caught the staff storing "clean" bed sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers in dirty bags on a filthy floor—mixed directly with used bathroom floor mats.
• Health Risk: This is a major cross-contamination risk. Bedding that touches your face and skin should never be kept with mats that people step on with shoes or bare feet. This is a direct violation of the Kyoto City Ordinance on hygiene (Article 10).
• Management Response: Despite providing clear photographic evidence, the hotel has ignored the issue. They are showing zero respect for guest safety or local health laws.

Cons:

A complete nightmare: I caught the hotel mixing "clean" bed linens with dirty floor mats on a filthy floor, which is a disgusting health violation and a breach of Kyoto’s safety laws.

Decent price, but perhaps not the value expected.
Pros:

We had lots of space in our room, and we were able to check in a bit early.

Cons:

It was very cold, even while running the heating unit for an entire day. It was also dry, though that may have been rectified by a humidifier from the lobby. We have dealt with unmanned hotels in the past, but something about this one felt a bit too empty.

It was a great stay, would choose it again.
Pros:

It was in a great spot, really close to both train stations and buses. It was also within walking distance from Nijo jyo, a world heritage, and a quaint little shopping street North of the hotel. You don’t meet any of the hotel staff, but they provide clean towels for people staying more than 2 nights.

Cons:

Only the fact that there’s no laundromats unless you walk for 20 minutes, if you’re staying for more than 3-4 days.

部屋の中ではテレビを見るしかなく残念な部分もありましたが、逆に良く眠れました。
Pros:

他の部屋からの音が全く聞こえなくストレスなく宿泊できました。室内環境も本当に綺麗に管理されていました。冷蔵庫の電源が入っており、買ったものをすぐに冷やすことができました。

Cons:

ベッドの枕を二枚にするか、もしくはクッションなどあるとテレビが見やすかったです。部屋の中で一番長く過ごすのがベッドなのでその配慮があると良いと思いました。テレビの内容は民法テレビのみでしたから京都の案内や映画やAVなどサービスかあっても良いかと思いました。近々もしくは京都の案内みたいなものがあったら行ってみようかと思います。今回出張だったこともありどこにも行くことはありませんでした。30分以内に行ける名勝などがあると良いかと思いました。室内着など無いためパンツとシャツだけで室内を過ごさねばならずちょっと残念でした。室内を温めるしかありませんでした。

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

Very easy to check in. It is in a residential area, so very quiet at night. Close to one of the subway lines. Easy to walk around the neighborhood and get to popular sights. There are no staff at checkin, but the QR code was fine. Communication was easy.

Cons:

The chair in the room was not very comfortable.

Ce que j'ai préféré c'était l'emplacement.

Cons:

Je vais être honnête, les commentaires m'ont vendu presque du rêve vu le prix mais ce n'était pas le cas. La chambre était mal isolée, le vent rentrait depuis le bas de la perte et ce qui sert de fenêtre, le chauffage marchait pas très bien. Mais le pire pour nous c'était le nettoyage, à part les draps tout semblait pas lavé. Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux par terre dans la chambre et les WC. Des bouchons de produits dans les coins de la chambre, la petite mini lampe au centre de la table était sale avec une sorte de texture brûnâtre, la même pour le ciseaux et le grand coûteaux de cuisine (on les a pas utilisé). Supplément les linges même si lavés avaient des cheveux longs et noirs et c'étaient les linges qui ne séchaient pas bien.

値段がとにかく安いのもあり、総評して値段以上の価値だと感じた。
Pros:

大宮駅に近くロケーションとして悪くない。
コンビニが近いのも良かった。
出張利用も多いエリアだと思うので、ランドリーが無いので、コインランドリーの設備があるとなお良いと思う。
朝、二条城まで散歩したが良い気分だった。

Cons:

部屋が寒い。コンクリート打放しのため仕方ないが。
質問のメールをしたが回答を貰えなかった。対応が良いとは言えない。
