Er was helemaal geen ontbijt. Enkel een voucher voor 1 drankje. Dit is geen hotel met ontbijt inbegrepen.

Khách sạn là khu tổ hợp nên không gian xung quanh khá là rộng. Có vườn cây, khu đi bộ, cà phê

Cons:

Nhận viên không được thân thiện lắm. Bữa sáng ít lựa chọn vì chỉ có bún bò huế và phở bò.

Great hotel and rooms are very comfy. Pool is not usable and the breakfast inadequate for such a nice hotel.
Pros:

The Receptionist was very helpful and very efficient.

Cons:

The swimming pool was public and we had to pay. Swimming lessons and absolutely full. We had chosen the hotel for the pool so this was disappointing. The breakfast was also full on meat and no vegetarian options at all. They also made us pay for the coffee.

Almost everything.

Cons:

Beef noodle soup was the only breakfast option. No choice. For Europeans who had had similar the evening before, this was not acceptable, especially as we had presumably paid extra to have breakfast included.

Great hotel and facilities , shame about first contact.
Pros:

I would score this stay a 9 if it wasn’t for my check in experience.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, excellent mini bar and the best pillows.
The coffee shop, tha garden area and the breakfast all lovely.

Cons:

On check in I was charged an extra booking fee on top of my booking.com price. I was told I had to pay but cash, then I was told the restaurant was closed for dinner. Then I had another issue I won’t detail but overall the person on check in I found to be unpleasant.

Sen Plaza is an oasis on the way south from Hanoi. Very clean, comfortable and the staff were great.
Pros:

The grounds were designed very well with a sitting area away from noise traffic.
