Great hotel and facilities , shame about first contact.
Pros:

I would score this stay a 9 if it wasn’t for my check in experience.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, excellent mini bar and the best pillows.
The coffee shop, tha garden area and the breakfast all lovely.

Cons:

On check in I was charged an extra booking fee on top of my booking.com price. I was told I had to pay but cash, then I was told the restaurant was closed for dinner. Then I had another issue I won’t detail but overall the person on check in I found to be unpleasant.

Sen Plaza is an oasis on the way south from Hanoi. Very clean, comfortable and the staff were great.
Pros:

The grounds were designed very well with a sitting area away from noise traffic.

I would recommend but don’t expect a hot bath.

Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast should include coffee, not enough hot water in the room. You can’t have a hot bath even though a bath is advertised.

Good hotel
Pros:

Overall a nice place with comfy bed.

Cons:

No heating AC, it was cold in the room. Hot water in shower works only for 2 minutes and after only cold. So you have to take shower really quick.
