Apart from the location everything else is negative about this place
Pros:

washrooms were clogging every few hours.
lots of cochroaches in the room
Breakfast not served at the promised Time and also after multiple requests
Breakfast served was not fresh
we were charged extra at the time of checkout .. for water and tea

Cons:

the help desk ( reception ) staff was sleeping in early mornings and did not respond to the phone calls from the guests
we had to go down to the reception to wake him up

Worst Experience in late night - DO NOT BOOK VIA BOOKING.COM

Nothing to like.

Cons:

Even after confirmation by Booking.com, telephone confirmation before reaching the hotel twice. after reaching they demined the checking and gave the rooms in front of me to other guest that too at 10 PM in the night. Useless hotel and i want Booking.com to take full responsibility for hosting such irresponsible hotel and remove the listing from your site. and also compensate me for the agony created in the late night.
