Frühstück war ok,aber für 4 Sterne Hotel kann viel besser sein.Es gab viele süsse Sachen,salzig sehr wenig,Orangensaft pure Konzentrat,ungeniessbar.

Unser Zimmer,wir haben einen Standard Zimmer gebucht,wir haben einen Zimmer für Rollstuhlperson bekommen.Nicht angenehm.

Фантастическая природа и "ненавязчивый" сервис
Pros:

Главный магнит для туристов: пляж Baia dei Mergoli. Нужно признаться, что пляж (хоть и галечный) действительно заслуживает голубого флага. Радует конфиденциальность пляжа: попасть можно только на двух лифтах (также с соседнего отеля); похоже, что на лодках также запрещено подплывать "чужакам". Лежаки и зонты платные (но вполне можно обойтись и без них), есть бар. Можно арендовать каяк, и проплыть между "штанин" скалистого островка. Для маленьких детей пляж не очень подходит: помимо крупной гальки, мелководья практически нет, к тому же часто волны. Рекомендую в свободное время прокатиться на автомобиле по побережью до городка Vieste - виды очаровательные.
Комплекс апартаментов размещён несколько далеко от центральной инфраструктуры (рецепшн, ресторан. пляж), отель предоставляет по запросу гольф-кар для доставки гостей (если он не занят, особенно в пик сезона). Теоретически вилла соответствует описанию: есть кондиционер, сейф, ТВ, мини-кухня (но на приготовление кулинарных шедевров не рассчитывайте). Белье приличное, подушки и матрацы пригодны для комфортного сна. Помимо собственного "бассейна", в комплексе есть большой общий бассейн. Персонал вполне дружелюбный (в основном не англоязычный).
Брал полупансион: завтраки и ужины. Завтраки "шведский стол", в принципе приемлемые (для Италии), неплохой кофе (приносят официанты). Ужины тоже сносные, обслуживают официанты (выбираешь из меню - как правило, из 2-3 наименований), вода и алкоголь платные, причем эта же вода на завтрак бесплатная))). Но конечно, нужно понимать, что на такой поток людей специально готовить не будут - все из полуфабрикатов.

Cons:

Видимо, имея такую потрясающую природу, отель (согласно вселенской теории равновесия) не прикладывает особых усилий в развитие такого потенциала. Или согласно доброй апулийской традиции: лучшее - враг хорошего (а по-нашему: "и так сойдет..."). Для начала: "вилла с собственным бассейном" в действительности оказалась весьма скромными слегка обветшавшими апартаментами с небольшой пластиковой ванной (метр на метр) в каменном полу террасы с холодной и перенасыщенной хлором водой. На мини-кухне - спартанский набор посуды. Разделения мусора не предусматривается. С розетками - беда. WiFi нестабильный. В ванной комнате - плесень под потолком. Выделенной парковки нет, просто ставишь машину вдоль дороги. Ужины мне напомнили дух советских санаториев в районной глубинке (осталось ещё только позвать весёлого нетрезвого гармониста).
С другой стороны, возможно, отель нашел для себя устойчивую нишевую клиентуру, которую всё устраивает. Капитальные затраты на реконструкцию или капитальный ремонт приведут к повышению стоимости (и так то не очень гуманной), и соответственно, к потере части целевой аудитории. Просто при бронировании нужно учитывать этот баланс: что для вас важнее - прекрасная природа или апулийский ненавязчивый сервис.

Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Das Areal wäre unglaublich, allerdings:
* keine Liebe zum Detail...die allgemeinen Räumlichkeiten lieblos, teils abgenutzt und ungepflegt.
* Frühstück: Kalte Eier, für Saft (frisch gepresst gibt's hier nichts) stehen Plastikbecher zur Verwendung, Müsli besteht aus kleinen abgepackten Cornflakes-Packerl, frisches Joghurt nein, auch dieses nur in Plastik....schade...
* Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Es stand aber nirgendwo, dass dieser mit dem Nebenzimmer zu teilen war.
