The Shuim Dive Resort Moalboal

Wunderschöner, liebevoll gestalteter Ort zum Entspannen und Schnorcheln. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Service und das Essen ist fantastisch! Probiert unbedingt das koreanische Dinner. An diesem Ort kann man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen, ich würde dieses Resort jederzeit wieder buchen und es ist eine große Empfehlung.

The location is not in the center, but it’s very quiet. It’s about a 15-minute walk to town. There is a private beach next to the place. The host is very nice. We had a great stay.

Een geheime, rustige parel in het drukke Moalboal. Geen overlast van ongevingsgeluid, een privé strand voor de deur en lieve staff die veel aan het schoonmaken is. Daardoor is alles brandschoon. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die even de stilte wilt opzoeken in een mooie, natuurlijke omgeving met een goed onderhouden tuin en heerlijk snorkel mogelijkheden doordat je meteen toegang hebt tot de zee.

Best location in Moalboal, fresh and delicious foods. Beachfront and Easy to snorkeling there. Always try to help us about al kind things. 🙏

식사도 너무 맛있고 저렴해서 숙소에서 먹는것도 추천해요!

Das Shium Dive Resort hatte eine sehr gute Lage, da es etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum liegt und somit ruhig ist. Außerdem liegt es direkt am Meer, hier kann man tolle Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Personal ist super nett und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Außerdem kann man in der Unterkunft die Klamotten direkt waschen.

It was an absolutely fantastic stay here at the Shuim Dive Resort!

The hosts, Kiho and Inhee are incredibly kind and polite people. They did everything to make feel us home. They were very enthusiastic to guide us during our stay, always helping and suggesting something. We were so happy there, so decided to stay longer and Kiho and Inhee provided us with a better room, but for the same price! I was studying diving with Kiho (and he was a super professional master, you can be sure you're 100% safe with him!), but he also allowed my wife to go with us and snorkel with all the equipment around the boat for free! During the diving Kiho took photos and videos, which he kindly shared with me after. When we were going to check out, Kiho called the tricycle diver in advance and we were able to go to the Moalboal bus stop for much more reasonable price than we had before!

You must try the Korean meals they serve! It's so delicious! We ordered breakfasts and lunches every day! And it doesn't cost much at all!

As for the hotel itself.
The stuff are as perfect as the hosts. Also warm and welcoming.
The rooms are quite simple and basic, but clean. AC works well, beds are comfortable. WiFi is fast. What else do you need?

The location is about 10mins walk from the "main" street with restaurants, stores, etc. BUT this is also an advantage, because the place is absolutely quiet and relaxing w/o that hustle

As far i left the Shuim Dive resort, i immediately felt a bit sad. Probably, for the first time in my life, because it was unforgettable vacation! I will definitely come back here!

The property is really beautiful, and the room is comfortable and super clean. They even provide a laundry service.

The Korean food is amazing — I will miss it! The staff is incredibly kind, and Kiho and Inhee are great hosts.

I went diving every day with Kiho and I loved it. You can trust him and his knowledge without any hesitation. Also, being able to go from my bed straight to the boat is such a great feeling.

A peaceful paradise for divers and nature lovers!
I stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved every moment. The dive center is beautifully secluded—just a 10-minute walk from the busy tourist area, yet it feels like a peaceful sanctuary. You’re surrounded by nature, with a stunning view and a small beach right next door.

The owners, Kiho and Inhee, along with their amazing team, truly go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The Korean food was delicious and plentiful, and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming.

I finally got to do the sardine dive I’d been dreaming of for years, and it was even better than I hoped! Inhee took wonderful photos and videos of the dive, capturing the magic of swimming among the sardines. Even though the visibility wasn’t perfect due to the weather, the experience was simply breathtaking.

Thank you for making my stay so special—I’ll definitely be back! 💙🐠 And Kiho, I won't forget to get in touch once I am in Southern Leyte for my dives next year :)
