Hotel The Grand Near Maninagar Railway Station Ahmedabad

The staff scammed us. They asked for more money and cancelled our reservation
The person was rude and the location was incorrect.

Travelled to Ahmedabad for the concert and the property, despite confirming our stay 3 days prior, refused us accommodation on the day. We were left without a stay despite begging the hotel. The property claimed that they cancelled our booking on the grounds that we didn’t make the prepayment, even though they never actually asked us for such a payment. While they told some other customers that rooms were available for substantially higher prices, we were explicitly told the property was completely booked out, probably as a scare tactic. When we demanded accommodation or compensation, they simply told us to complain to booking.com and that it was not their problem. In fact they stopped responding after such curt and abhorrent statements. The hotel is clearly shit as you can see from other reviews, but this treatment of customers is incorrigible. This property should be deplatformed immediately, clearly it cannot be a source of comfort or guarantee.

Nothing,with 9000 rs per day hotel sucks with low quality food and services and lethal and ungracious behavorial attitude,also they doesnot provided any bill or checkout documents,moreover i thought the hotel location will be in posh area but its in extreme end of city remote area beside feary company godown,i was feeling insecured somehow as its my very first time visit to city,place better hotel from next time in posh area !

No service , Water was not coming in bathroom, Then they start some motor then water came,.
Washroom was a mess, smelling n extreamly dirty, Then they provided a bucket of outside water for having bath as water coming from tap was red in color , then no hot water , list is endless,... My advice stay at publuc place like waiting area at airport or railway station dont go to this hotel... Didn knew that i can upload pictures in review else would have taken.

Please don't show the pictures like the ones posted, the actual facilities are horrible with no water in the shower and the room doesn't even have a cupboard or Hanger.
