Charming and relaxing in Mexico City
Pros:

Loved our stay at this charming hotel. Amazing and super friendly staff (Thank you, Marcela). Great location and fascinating food at the in-house restaurant Grana Sabores de Origen. Spacious suite with loads of amenities.

We would thoroughly recommend this hotel
Pros:

We loved the historic use of an old building & the space we had in our suite. All of the staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. The location was very quiet but within a short walk you had access to transport - we used the Metro regularly (Line 1) and the easy walking distance to the Historic centre

Exceptionnel !
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, à la carte, cuisiné à la demande. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil, professionnel et attentif. Le lieu était merveilleux. L'hôtel est incroyablement bien situé, à 1 minute du métro Isabel La Catolica et de beaucoup de restaurants, musées, pâtisserie, boutiques, etc. Tout le personnel était extrêmement professionnel, attentionné, gentil et bienveillant, des femmes de ménage au personnel de la sécurité, en passant par l'accueil et les cuisiniers. Notre chambre était un appartement spacieux, propre, avec une cuisine toute équipée. Les lits étaient très confortables. Il ne manquait rien. Tout est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'élégance. C'est vraiment un endroit exceptionnel, à l'abri. Un vrai trésor. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Notre séjour était mémorable.

Pros:

Stunning large apartment and a beautiful historic building in a peaceful location. It felt very secure and safe. Super large comfortable bed, great shower, very well equipped with lots of lovely extras. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We ate at the Grana in house restaurant. What a fabulous experience and, while not cheap, it was one of the best meals we have ever had. Thank you all.

Undoubtedly in best three hotels we have stayed in worldwide. Beautiful, historic and such thoughtful touches. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is amazing. The room is amazing. Photos do not do this place justice! Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to come back

Great breakfast and pleasant staff. Hotel room was fabulous and very large, quiet. Full suite with kitchen, living and dining room - wow! Cleaning staff was great. Beautiful refinished hotel in the heart of the city, near Centro Historico. Great front desk staff. Security was great; entry / exit care of the staff on point. Memorable experience. The prix fix dinner at the adjoining hotel (Grana Sabores) was one of the best meals we have ever had; great chef and experience.

All was fabulous - no dislike.

Our suite was very comfortable - several lounging areas- bedding and amenities were very nice! Great to have a kitchen area for storing food, drinks etc. rooftop was very nice for evening glass of wine and winding down from days activities.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit small but all the extra space in suite made up for it!
