Pros:

Vrlo blizu jezera sa termalnom vodom, pješke 7-8 minuta, udobni kreveti, vrlo ljubazno osoblje, dobar welness u sklopu hotela i bazen sa termalnom vodom istom kao iz jezera.

Cons:

Jako malo sadržaja za zabavu, hrana dobra ali ako se kasnije dođe nešto se više ne nadopunjava, za vegetarijance vrlo malo ili nimalo izbora. Večera od 17 i 30 do 20h što je nama bilo mrvicu prerano.

Die Lage war schlecht. Das Hotel ist nur für ältere Menschen gedacht und nicht für Familien. Das Hotel ist runtergekommen gewesen. Keine vier Sterne Wert nicht mal ein Stern. Die Ausstattung war kaputt. Wir hatten ein Wasserschaden im Bad gehabt und der wurde nur mit Styroporplatten überklebt. Das zweite Zimmer war eine Abstellkammer gewesen. Den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen,da unsere Tochter zu klein ist und angeblich stand das alles im Kleingedruckten das Kinder und 14 Jahre das nicht benutzen dürfen. Das Frühstück war katastrophal. Jedesmal das gleiche. Und das Abendessen nur zwei Gerichte immer das selbe. Der Kaffee hat geschmeckt wie Getriebeöl.

Velmi příjemná obsluha v restauraci.Poloha hotelu, sauny.

Cons:

Malý výběr jídel na večeři. Pokud dorazíte v půl osmé, může na vás zůstat jen sladká varianta večeře.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nähe zu See, ein gesunder Spaziergang.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Essen, Abendessen/Frühstück,ist lecker.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Hunde mit, das Gebühr war fast 50Eur insgesamt für die Haustiere, aber es ist in Heviz überall so.
