A cosy hotel in a convenient location, but cleanliness, soundproofing and overall comfort could be improved.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the hotel had a warm and cosy atmosphere overall.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improved. When I first entered the room, I found some hair on the bed. The room was also very cramped. I stayed on the third floor and there was no lift, which was inconvenient with luggage. The soundproofing was very poor as well, and I was woken up in the morning by the noise of a vacuum cleaner.

Fabulous wee hotel!
Pros:

We loved everything about it, it was clean, comfortable and it had a good supply of tea and coffee on your room. The room was gorgeous with a lovely walk in shower and its location was excellent and the fact you got free parking for the duration was an added bonus!
The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

I cannot actually think of one negative!

Great people but would not stay again due to the noise
Pros:

Nice central location near the bus station the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Very Noisy! Woken up multiple times in the night by street noise and it wasn’t partiers or people leaving the bars. Lots of machinery noise, bird noise. Penetrated my earplugs and could not close the windows because it was too hot.
