Pros:

The spacious boot room.

Cons:

The place had lots of innovation and design that reduced the comfort of the poor guest. These were: Lack of any staff, lack of room key/card. Lack of furniture/fittings - no: table, chair, coffee machine, paper or pen, toothmug, sink plug (so wet shaving difficult), or heating instructions. I think the only moveable objects were the toilet brush and bin. Some specials: A wall to wall bed so a second person by the window would have to climb over the first to get out. A strip light above the bed permanently reflecting over the view of the TV. If you turn it off you are in the dark as there was no bedside lamp I think. Certainly no bedside table. Stupid designer feature of the hole in the shower door meant to be a handle but causing water to spray water onto the bathroom floor outside. And the room wasnt cheap either. Avoid.

Ich verstehe nicht, wie man in einem Schlafzimmer > 23° C habe kann, auch das Personal konnte nicht weiterhelfen. Die Kinder haben aufgrund der Temperaturen schlecht geschlafen.

Smart cabin au coeur de Saas-Fee : simple et efficace
Pros:

Buffet de petit-déjeuner simple et efficace. Chambre spacieuse dans un style minimaliste.

Cons:

Check-in et check-out via une tablette. Une présence humaine serait sympathique.

Molto bello, siamo stati bene!
Pros:

La struttura è nuova e moderna, le camere minimal ma non serve altro. Vicinissimo al parcheggio se si trova posto sul tetto , verso il paese. Non c’è una reception si fa tutto online. Il codice della chiave non si sblocca prima dell’ora indicata per il check in (ore 16). È vicino al terminal dei bus che portano agli impianti ma sono raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Il ristorante è un po caro ma le porzioni sono belle abbondanti. La colazione semplice ma assolutamente sufficiente e deliziosa.
Bella e moderna la cantina dove riporre snowboard e scarponi. Per gli scarponi ci sono delle postazioni per asciugarli durante la notte! Top! C’è anche una lavatrice.

Cons:

Non so se è indicato nelle condizioni, ma durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 giorni non sono mai state fatte le pulizie ed il letto

Restaurant und Bar sehr gut. Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Kein Abholdienst vom Parkhaus. Frühstückbüffet in diesem Gang eher eng. Kaffeekanne zu klein. War öfters leer. Im Zimmer unter dem Bett schmutzig. Kann ja auch nicht geputzt werden. Duschtüre müsste 5mm weiter in Richtung Dusche. So läuft immer wieder Wasser ins Badezimmer. Zwei Stühle im Zimmer und zwei Gläser im Badezimmer wären noch nett.
