第一晚住宿被人兩次試圖開門把，當晚用booking聯絡飯店跟booking端都沒有人回覆、協助解決問題（事後也沒有關心或處理），只能自己不安的過一整夜。
Pros:

有冷氣！

Cons:

1. 雖是訂有廚房的房型，但沒有附廚具，必須另外再花錢跟他們借。
2. 浴室狹小，洗澡的地方連伸展都不行，只能直立立洗澡。

Great value for money
Pros:

The spacious room for all 7 of us. The air-conditioned works great. It was very clean and the staff were so helpful and kind.

Pros:

Good location, helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Excellent transportation right across the street. Staff provided free transportation cards that were highly appreciated. They also recommended a very good restaurant around the corner.

Cons:

Rooms are rather small but good enough for two people.

Good location and affordable, until you pay the damage deposit
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great and extremely close to the local bus stop, which took us to the centre of Lugano. The city tax includes a ticket you can use on public transport.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the 250CHF deposit, which is not mentioned prior to booking. A 150CHF damage deposit is mentioned in their policies, but not 250. The host mentioned it was because of our dog, but we had already paid a cleaning fee for him. We were subsequently short on money and had to pay out to convert more cash. We then had to wait for this to be returned to us, which was almost immediately to be fair, but by which point we had left Switzerland and were in Italy. We feel this charge should be mentioned, so that travellers can plan appropriately, or ensure they have a credit card to hand.
