Pros:

Дружелюбный персонал. Удачная локация, много парковок с голубой зоной и пешком до набережной можно дойти за 5 минут. Отличный вариант для посещения Лугано на один день.

Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zentral gelegen, freundliche Rezeption. Gern wieder!

Pros:

Accoglienza cortese, precisa e completa nelle spiegazioni. Camera razionale arredata in modo essenziale.

Cons:

Bagno senza ventilazione, cucina senza piatti, bicchieri e pentole (da pagare a parte), nessun appendino per giacche all'ingresso, 3 letti con 2 poltrone e un solo comodino.

Upon arrival and during my stay, I found the room to be in an unacceptable condition. There was visible dust, hair, and dirt throughout the room, including inside the wardrobe and on the floor. The bathroom was also poorly cleaned, particularly around the toilet hinges, where clear signs of neglect were visible.

In addition, the microwave in the room was not clean and showed clear signs of improper hygiene. I also discovered what appeared to be small insects or larvae in the room, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning.

I reported these issues to the reception during my stay; however, no proper action was taken and the room condition remained unchanged.

Furthermore, my child’s socks became visibly dirty after walking on the room floor, which further confirms the poor cleanliness of the accommodation. I have attached a photo as supporting evidence, along with additional images documenting the issues mentioned above.

This situation significantly affected our stay and does not reflect the standards advertised on your platform.

I kindly request that you review this case and consider appropriate compensation, either partial or full refund, given the severity of the hygiene issues experienced.

Pros:

We liked that it had a Kitchenette and affordable price.

Cons:

The parking situation is bad! We had to park about 10 minutes walking distance away for the first night.

Otherwise we would have had to repark the car at 7 am. on limited parking on the street.

The second night we were able to park in one of only two parking spots by the hotel, for $29.

Es war eine perfekte Unterkunft für meine Bedürfnisse !
Pros:

Es gab alles was ich brauchte, aber das was ich brauchte, war perfekt. Ein bequemes Bett, ein ruhiges Zimmer mit gut abgedunkelten Vorhängen, es war perfekt sauber, ich konnte mein Auto in einer Tiefgarage perfekt unterbringen und nach dem Checkout hatte man mich nicht gedrängt, sofort das Auto auch aus der Garage zu fahren. So konnte ich noch einen Besuch erledigen. Und hätte es noch einen unnötigen Fernseher gegeben und sonstigen Überflüssigen Luxus, wäre es viel teurer gewesen.
Dort werde ich auf alle Fälle zurückkehren, wenn möglich!

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Lugano ist diese Unterkunft sicherlich wieder eine Option!
Pros:

Einfach, unkompliziert, Elektronisch Prozesse vereinfachen das Ckeck-in, Wlan etc. - bei Ankunft hat sich die Dame an der Rezeption bemüht, dass ich früher einckecken konnte. Busstadion 2. Minuten vom Hotel, Verbindung mit Linie 2 zum Bahnhof Lugano FFS, zu Fuss ist man in 10 Minuten am See ,bei der Schiffanlegestelle Paradiso, bei der Talstadion der San Salvatore-Bahn, bei Einaufsmöglichkeiten Migros+Denner etc.
