Atendimento na recepção muito bom. Ele explicou o que fazer na cidade, como usar o transporte público de graça fazendo o cadastro no TICI

Superó las expectativas
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca a la Estación de tren y del Centro de la ciudad. El autobús te deja frente al hotel. Muy limpio y muy buena atención. El pase para autobús y trenes gratis dentro de la zona fue un gran plus. Altamente recomendado, volveríamos!

Il letto era comodo e la stanza pulita

Cons:

Che c'era scritto prenotazione cancellabile e invece non era così, si sono trattenuti subito i soldi dalla carta, inoltre vergognoso che ci fosse scritto parcheggio privato, ma non era specificato che bisognava pagarlo a parte e, visto il prezzo già elevato, l' ho trovato davvero folle. Tutto misurato (almeno due bicchieri potevano metterli anziché uno)

Hotel funzionale, a 10 minuti reali a piedi dal centro di Lugano o a 2 fermate di bus (fermata sotto l’hotel).
Avevamo il check-in dalle 15:30 in poi, ma siamo arrivate alle 12 e la camera era già pronta, quindi un plus!
In più, ci hanno rilasciato un ticket di corsa gratuita valido su tutti i mezzi di trasporto dal momento del check-in al momento del check out

Dire piaciuto, non saprei. Passabile nel complesso

Cons:

La stanza mediocre, ho prenotato una stanza pensando ad una matrimoniale ad uso singolo, invece trovo un letto ad una piazza. La colazione non era inclusa, ma trovo in stanza un kit per 1 cappuccino, 1 caffè, 1 tè e una tisana ma un solo bicchiere di carta ☹️ lesinare su qs cose lo trovo veramente terribile. Pochi accessori, nessun appendino, pochissimo spazio per bagaglio seppur di ridotte dimensioni. Il bagno infelice. Non ultimo, era indicata la presenza di un parcheggio privato, peccato che fosse a pagamento e non certo a buon mercato. Com'è possibile che non sia previsto un parcheggio riservato alla clientela??? Non ci tornerei mai, considerata anche la posizione non proprio così comoda come mi aspettavo che fosse.
