Abbiamo soggiornato al The Match Hotel di Cervia io e mio figlio e ci siamo trovati benissimo!
È stato tutto perfetto: albergo pulitissimo, camere curate e una colazione davvero eccezionale, ricca e di qualità.
Un valore aggiunto è la bellissima sala con le PS5, dove sia i ragazzi che gli adulti possono divertirsi. Inoltre, l’hotel è tematizzato con i personaggi dei Pokémon, un dettaglio che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale e divertente.
Un ringraziamento di cuore a tutto lo staff per la professionalità e la gentilezza, e soprattutto a Thiago, sempre disponibile, sorridente e pronto ad aiutarci con grande cortesia.
Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Grazie di cuore per aver reso la nostra vacanza davvero speciale.

Pros:

De personeel was aardig en de hygiëne was goed, iedere ochtend kwam de schoonmaker en maakte goed schoon. Het is zeker een fijne plek voor gezinnen met kinderen aangezien er veel spelletjes en ook playstations waren.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet goed, maar voor deze prijs was het wel goed. Het was erg luid in de nacht in de kamers boven, beneden en onder ons.

Buona posizione ma nel complesso da evitare.
Pros:

- Ottima posizione.
- Colazione inclusa molto ampia a livello di scelte.

Cons:

- Hotel gestito come un negozio di Anime o Gamer.
- Molta poca cura del cliente.
- Camera vecchia ed organizzata male.
- Bagno ridicolo, finestra rotta che non si chiudeva, lavandino ad altezza ginocchia, minuscolo e scomodo, sanitari e doccia quasi fusi insieme.
- Pulizia del bagno oscena, WC e lavandini sporchi al nostro arrivo.
- Personale “apatico” molto lontano dalla classica accoglienza “romagnola” che ci si aspetta.

Pros:

Staff (tutto) molto gentile, posizione comoda e strategica, parcheggio dell'hotel e zero costo piuttosto vicino.

Cons:

il condizionatore lo poteva gestire solo la reception da remoto perchè "bloccato" digitalmente in camera.
Entrare in quella camera è stato come entrare negli anni 70/80, ma in parte lo sapevo, avevo scelto al acamera economy nn ristrutturata (da evitare), tuttavia non mi aspettavo però un così grande disservizio per l'aria condizionata, il mio compagno è dovuto scendere 2 volte in piena notte per farsela regolare, e la prima richiesta se la erano dormita.
Non commento i saponi (che mancavano).
L'intera struttura è molto bambinesca, per cui se siete una coppia di adulti suggerisco di cercare qualcosa di più idoneo.
