Pros:

Habitación con todo lo necesario, ascensor, zonas comunes en buen estado y ubicación buena.

Cons:

No hay mucho que decir negativo a lo mejor si el pago es en efectivo deberían tener cambio permanentemente para poder realizar los pagos correspondientes.

Cons:

Que nos estén llamando desde 20 minutos antes del check out de las 12 hrs, fueron 3 veces. Al check in llegamos 14:30 nos hicieron regresar a las 15 hes que es el check in, lo cual no es agradable

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Great little gem. Staff was very friendly and accommodative which made the stay extra pleasant. They had no problem letting me use their cowork space a couple hours past my checkout time.

Room is clean and it even has a handwritten note from the room cleaner to welcome us for the stay. Definitely worth the money.

À mon arrivée l'ascenseur était brisé et j'ai du monté 5 étage avec ma valise car on avait pas au moins prévu une personne pour m'aide j'ai manqué d'eau une journée

Pros:

Tout était parfait : une chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec un balcon très agréable, une salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle.
Un rooftop magnifique avec une grand piscine, un petit espace avec des hamacs, les beds étaient confortables.
Espaces cuisine sport et détente accessibles sur le rooftop.
Mention spéciale au jeune homme de l’accueil qui a été tout au long du séjour très arrangeant et souriant ! Merci
C’est un sans faute, nous recommandons à 100%.

Nice stay in Playa del Carmen!
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and the pool was a lovely touch. It was close to the beach and the city center. There were some problems with pool and elevator at first but the fixt the pool the third day we stayed here.

Cons:

The elevator was broken and we stayed on the ground floor what was a bit of a minor incident.

Rooftop garden area is beautiful!
Pros:

I didn’t realize it included breakfast, I stayed twice in a week and wasn’t aware.

The second visit the pool had very low level of water and no coffee machine in the room
