Close to beach
Pros:

Good location, close to the beach and center. There is a kitchen in the room and the room is spacious. They also provide beach towels which is handy. We enjoyed the rooftop views and pool.

Cons:

The floors of the room was a bit dusty and the towels had marks on them.

The shower head was broken which we reported to reception staff, but it was not fixed in the 2 nights we were staying.

The building is next to a yoga studio so it can get quite noisy in the morning.

Presque aucun équipement pour cuisiner. Ni sel, ni huile, pas de casserole, 1 seule petite tasse, pas d eau a l arrivée

Good place but no VPN connection allowed in room WIFI is a big negative.
Pros:

Comfortable room with AC and a small workable kitchenette. Room service comes every day unless you say no by putting a do not disturb sign. Reception is open 24/7.

Cons:

This is very annoying but the room WIFI does not permit a VPN connection. The wifi on the hallway, as well as reception which is different wifi connection, DOES let you do that. So you have to connect to an unsecure wifi inside your room, or connect on the hallway with a secure connection which is really annoying. There is no reason for this. I tried both VYPRVPN and NORDVPN and both could not connect in my room.

옥상 수영장이 있어 좋았고~ 간단한 취사가 가능해서 좋았다.

Cons:

타월이 큰것만 4개 있고 작은 건 하나뿐이라 작은게 더 필요했다. 다음 날 필요해서 전날부터 부탁했는데~ 제때 주지않아 불편했다.

Pros:

Fijn dakterras met zwembad. Net wat rustiger gelegen, maar op loopafstand van Avenida 5. Er zijn een aantal parkeerplaatsen in de parkeergarage. De garage is niet breed, dus niet geschikt voor grote auto’s.

Pl del carmen n est pas une destination que j ai aime. Le seul negatif est les problemes reception

l hotel est tres bien , propre et accessible pour visiter , les dames de menages sont tres gentilles.

Cons:

Reception a l arriver, probleme avec ma carte elle fontionne pas (carte fonctionnais aux autres endroit) je leur demande d aller dans le site de booking pour finir la reservation (clerck au desk pas acces a votre site, demande de payer cash, (pas de cash avec moi) directive recu du manager est de sorir de l hotel si pas payer. Ce que je ne comprends pas c est j ai fait la transaction avec booking et ils ont pas acces..... finalement apres 3 heures de recherche avec mon conjoint a Montreal pour verifier etat des cartes si recu appelle de ma banque, non rien recu. Finalement, je suis entre sur mon Booking personnel pour finir cette transaction. Je me suis senti comme une intruse . Quand je crois que c est eux qui ont un probleme dans leur facon de travailler ou ils ne comprennent pas les procedures avec booking.

sehr bequeme Betten (die besten bei unserer Rundreise)
Zentral zur 5 th und zum Strand ..Nähe großer Supermarkt.

Cons:

Es hat viele Parkplätze vor dem Hotel aber muss man Ticket am Automat ziehen ab 10.Uhr.Leider keine Info vom Hotel und so hatten wir gleich am ersten Tag eine Parkkralle für 30 Dollar.

גודל חדר

Cons:

הנהלה שקרנית ותחמנית. אחרי יומיים התחילו שיפוצים והציעו לנו בגלל הרעש לעבור למלון אחר ולבל החזר על הלילות שלא ניצלנו. לאחר שבוע שמושכים אותנו בתירוצים המנהל הודיע שלא נקבל החזר (כמעט 500 דולר!) כי טען ששברנו את הכיריים ואין לנו איך להוכיח אחרת. בפועל זה היה ככה כשהגענו וכמובן שלא הספקנו אפילו להיכנס למטבח. הלכנו מיואשים ומרוכזים. בנוסף החדר באופן כללי היה שבור, אין זרם במקלחת, לקח לי 30 דק להוריד סבון מהשיער.
