Good hotel in the middle of Khiva
Pros:

Great location—within the walled village; close to everything. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Staff/owner were kind and helpful.

Cons:

There are two locations—Minor Hotel and New Minor Hotel. I booked the New Minor Hotel, but was given a room at the Minor Hotel; but this is a non-issue. The only inconvenience was having to seek out a staff person when needed, as there is no one at the front desk.

Chambre confortable

Cons:

Le comportement du personnel. Peu aimable (voire hostile dans certains cas : personnel du petit déjeuner). Plus soucieux de vous vendre taxi, excursion... que de répondre à vos vrais besoins. Difficulté pour obtenir certificat d 'enregistrement. Il a fallu que j'obtienne l'aide de la police touristique. Bref ma plus mauvaise expérience en Ouzbékistan.

The hotel is very well located .it’s quiet and pleasant it’s also clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop is just wonderful.

Great place with great people and great food
Pros:

Great place in a great touristic area. It was like a dream. Living in a hotel inside a fortress 🏰
Very clean. Staff very friendly and always smiling 😊 specially the kitchen team and cleaning team. Loved them all. The breakfast was superb 👌
