Lovely friendly staff we had an excellent stay here.
Pros:

Beautiful pool area lovely rooms the food was great and all the staff were excellent especially Wifa! We will definitely come back as it was close to the airport and great value for money.

Super gut!
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Leute an der Rezeption, Wifa und Nugrah, waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Frühstück war gut und die Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen.

The location and the price, also parking for car and motorcycle.

Cons:

Hotel quite old. And better have sheer curtain. So in the morning and afternoon we can open the curtain and only use sheer curtain.

It was just okay, the place was not very clean, the food you got was not very good too.
Cons:

Convenient, comfy, great staff
Pros:

Very close to airport, nice big place with pool, swim up bar and pool table, great brekky, good service and lovely staff such as Wifa and Ngural.

Three Starts for a Four Star Hotel
Pros:

Location. Very close to the airport.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pre-arranged driver from the airport to the hotel was not there to meet me, even although I was delayed. After phoning the hotel, the driver said he would leave immediately but I was still waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes later.

The shower curtain was marked and dirty.

The hotel deigns to charge for stains on anything, basically, whilst providing a stained shower curtain in room 305.
