Obsługa hotelowa na najwyższym poziomie. Dziękuje Panie Eka i gratuluje takiego zespołu. W szczególnośc dziękuję Panu WIFA za jego pomoc. Dzięki niemu ten pobyt był niezapomniany i pozostawił w mojej pamięci wspaniałe wspomnienia. Hotel jest doskonałą bazą wypadową do zwiedzania wyspy dodatkowo jego kształt zapewnia dobrą izolację akustyczną. Wewnętrzny dziedziniec z przestronnym basenem jest połączony z barem wodnym -rewelacja. Pokoje czyste, schludne i pachnące.

Was just okay, could be better, I’m a hotelier my self perhaps I see it differently.
Pros:

I like the size of the room it’s cosy,I know it’s not perfect but good enough, Handy to the airport and anywhere else ,walk distance to shop. Big pool and friendly team.Was upgraded to the top floor thank you!

Cons:

Tv really old, No desk to work on, Gym really not substantial enough for guests to use. Shower curtain super dirty need to wash it change it full stop,
Some team have lack or less knowledge about information, and say (no) or cannot before hearing guests request before even check it, it’s not good sign, but I come across to knowledgeable team member that change everything. He done above and beyond to make sure my laundry done before I fly back to Australia.

The bed was very comfortable and the clean room was amazing. Staff nice friendly

Cons:

Can't get net flix or prime as I don't have an account. I watched local tv channels for two days but all channels were fuzzy hard to see The reception was not good. So best have a prime or net flick account if you want clear pictures.

Pros:

Close to the airport, clean and helpful staff. The rooms are very nice and the bed very comfortable. Very good to spend the night before a flight. The breakfast buffet was very nice and abundant.

Pros:

Les + : Lits simples très grands et super confortables / Belle piscine / Personnels agréables / Bien localisé, proche de l’aéroport
Nous avons pu changer de chambre facilement suite à un déconvenu.

Cons:

Les - : Odeur d’humidité dans la première chambre + tache de moisissures sur le miroir. Beaucoup de « camouflage » car hôtel assez ancien je pense. Dans la seconde chambre : RAS mis à part des traces d’humidité autour de la baignoire
Pour le petit déjeuner, buffet avec du choix mais pas forcément adapté pour des déjeuners européens (beaucoup de plats chauds). Il est cependant possible de demander directement au cuisinier des œufs ou des pancakes par exemple.

Everything was good stayed for 8nights and it was amazing especially the staff always helpful and happy

The food and beverage staff were the best
