Absolutely incredible stay at The Osaka Station Hotel—everything exceeded expectations. The design is stunning, blending sleek modern luxury with subtle Japanese elegance. The location couldn’t be better, directly connected to Osaka Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.
The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and offered amazing city views, especially at night. Every detail felt thoughtful and high-end, from the bedding to the amenities. The service was flawless—staff were attentive, warm, and highly professional.

We had a wonderful stay at Osaka station hotel, it is not cheap but really worth it. Location provided great access to everything, the whole complex has great options for food etc. The staff service is exceptional and the rooms were a very high standard. We requested the hotel to hold some luggage for us and this was done without any problems. The breakfast again was fantastic - every option you can imagine. Oh and the views of Umeda and the city are brilliant. We will be back, can't recommend enough. Delighted we chose to stay at Station Hotel
Nothing at all
Location near to the station was very good, rooms very clean and well furnished.
It was the only hotel that we stayed in Japan where the staff were nowhere near the standard I would expect. We were made to feel quite unwelcome at times and so we avoided spending any unnecessary time in the hotel. This contrasted completely with other hotels during our visit and as a result I couldn’t possibly comment on the standard of food and services available. We were very pleased to leave.
Excellent breakfast, room comfortable and spacious.
We were on the side facing the station and had disturbed sleep due to the noise of frequent trains running up to 1am then starting early the next day. A hotel of this price and quality should have more effective soundproofing. Would not recommend the hotel because of this.

Prime location and professional services

Modern and elegant. location is excellent. Everything comfortable and makes you feel at home. The breakfast is super delicious.
We were treated like royalty at this hotel. Every detail was perfect.
The rooms were quiet and the beds amazing.
The lobby bar closed far too early, and the other bar was small and full, so when we came in from dinner we were not able to have drinks before bed.
We were told we could come back down after a while, but that was not going to work.
I loved the location of the hotel, I emailed the staff ahead of time for some recommendations and they were so quick to respond with recommendations. I can't rave more about the location itself, it was so convenient coming from the airport and there were so many great restaurants and shopping just within 10 minutes of the hotel.
The housekeeping was really amazing, you can tell the attention to detail in the cleaning, the bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious with instant hot water. The heating was also very consistent but not uncomfortable, it just kept the room at a perfect temperature at all times. The hotel amenities and in room amenities were all very thoughtful, the snacks in the room were so delicious and we loved the face mask touch.
Breakfast was also incredible with an amazing view and service. The fruits were my favourite as Japan is so well known for it, the melons were to die for.
Truly a great value for money, one of my top 10 stays from all of my travels.

P.S. pictures are view from out room, in room dining (which was soooo delicious, the curry and the risotto, fish were all cooked to perfection), our breakfast buffet spread (endless dessert and pastries options), view of the lobby in the evening.
My only negative about the hotel is the water dispenser, in theory the concept of having a water dispenser for unlimited water refill is great but the dispenser was only by the elevator and our room was at the very end. The carafe they provided was also very small which made it very inconvenient to refill the water. Upper House in Hong Kong also employed the same concept, however, every individual room was equipped with their own filtered water faucet, which is a much better approach. Totally understand that this would make it way more costly as an initial investment and a big operation for the hotel but alternatives could be maybe one other two more faucets point per floor or even just a more simple solution to have bigger carafes or more carafes per room?
Other than this one small point, our stay was the absolute best! We loved it so much. I would have given a 10 if not for the water situation (which is sort of a big one for me because I drink a lot of water).
