An upscale hotel experience with stunning views in Osaka
Pros:

WOW, this property was stunning. The rooms were beautiful, had all the amenities, and the view was breathtaking! This was a very upscale hotel with all you could ask for. The shower was incredible ( a must for me). It might have been too nice for my family! It was attached to amazing shopping and restaurants, literally to EVERYTHING! I walked thru the station 15 times and never went the same way.

Cons:

The property was difficult to find! There is a very small door with no signage to let you know that you have arrived. We took the train from Kyoto and had to walk 20 minutes (inside the station) before finding the hotel. The main lobby is at the base of the JP Tower. Take an elevator to the 29th floor, then a different one to your room.

Pros:

Excellent location right at the train station. Easy transport to and from Kansai airport. Very quiet hotel, didn't hear anything even from other guests.

Pros:

Spotless hotel with incredible attention to detail throughout. The room amenities were some of the best we’ve experienced — everything felt thoughtful, comfortable, and high quality.

The breakfast was outstanding, both in taste and variety, with so many delicious options each morning. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was attentive, kind, solution-oriented, and genuinely helpful at every moment.

A wonderful stay from start to finish, and we would happily return.

Tolles Hotel, dass seinen Preis wert ist.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Design, sehr modern aber gut gemacht. Guter Service. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick.

Cons:

Das Hotel stellt einen Preis auf Booking.com dar, der anschließend durch eine Servicegebühr und andere Gebühren um ca. 25% erhöht wird. Das ist sehr intransparent und etwas Augenwischerei. Macht es doch gleich transparent was das Hotel kostet damit man einen guten Preisvergleich hat.
Dazu leider fehlender Laundrybereich, den man in anderen Hotels in Japan hat.

Design hotel. Lacks good service.
Pros:

- Great location
- Overall aesthetics of the common areas

Cons:

- Staff not friendly: i had issues upon check in and the they were very unfriendly or helpful
- Breakfast time: They told us it is open till 10:30, in reality at 10:15 they clear almost everything. When i asked for yogurt for instance the answer was “we finished”.
- Rooms rather small (compared to other places we stayed in)
- Service not personalized at all. Not one person asked how our stay was upon check out.
- Random mistakes that should not happen in a 5* hotel: i asked for oat milke latte wt breakfast, i got a cup of latte and a glass of oat milk…
- The rate shown on Booking.com was like 30% lower than what they charged due to taxes. A watchout.
