The stay ended up being horrendous! So,we left early and found a new hotel for our stay.
Pros:

The location is great!

Cons:

The Gramercy should deal with Bookings.com directly and not use private hosts to rent out the rooms. We arrived in Manila only to find out that there was no room available and that we had a room in a different hotel in a completely different part of Manila 13km away from Makati. We reluctantly stayed there for 3 nights until our room became available at the Gramercy only to then to shoved into a room on the 3rd floor which are old, moldy and substandard rooms which have not been renovated yet. There were 5 of us as per our original booking but bedding for only 4, the five of us couldn't use all the facilities because the room is only designed for pax 4.... An absolute disaster.... and will never ever stay there again or recommend it to anyone. We basically got scammed by the host Ralf Ligon, watch out for this guy.

I stayed in a very horrible and disgusting room. infiltrated with cock roaches.
Pros:

No breakfast. Nothing.

Cons:

There are cock roaches inside the room. in all spaces. I have to call pest control on a daily basis. I have to hire a cleaner to clean my room daily. I stayed at room number 2915-16. furnitures are horrible needs to be replaced. I called the host on a daily basis and ask to get a different room but did not respond. Who ever the owner is you need to fire the host he/she does not take care of customers plus the room.
