We arrived at the accommodation, but after an hour, there was no contact and no one was there. And we were shocked by how different it was from the photos, so we ended up waiting and getting disappointed, so we moved to another accommodation. We were embarrassed at a place where we had important guests, and we asked the landlord for a refund, but he kept asking where we were staying and acted like he was going to chase us to the accommodation, so we ended up not getting a refund.
I had 2 different stays in this location and gave a wrong review in the other.... I confused hotels
Don't go here just if you don't have a different option

This venue it's good for the price paid but there is a VERY SILLY AND INAPPROPRIATE ISSUE:
FREE BREAKFAST offered is just for 1 person in the room.....others don't eat
Free breakfast offered is just for 1 person in the room.... Others DON'T EAT!!!! funny

The customer service is non existent
We booked and paid to stay one night after making a mistake with booked dates with our other accommodation, however very quickly decided to choose somewhere different as the room stunk and the general space was very poorly maintained.
Located near by the harbor (fast ferry's) and beach. Beds were oke. Quiet surroundings.
Bed sheets were cleaned but still dirty spots on it. No water beteeen 19 till 7 hours.
The air conditioning worked well, and the beds were comfortable. Our belongings were safe.
I booked and paid for 2 rooms through Booking.com, but due to overbooking, we were only given 1 room. I am still waiting for a refund. The staff were barely available via WhatsApp, and when we arrived, no one was there to greet us. We waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. The 24-hour reception claim on Booking.com is false. When staff were available, it was usually at night, and they were often drinking alcohol and playing music at the front of the property.
The room we were asked to share was not clean, with food debris under the bed. The shower barely worked, and the toilet only flushed sometimes. Additionally, the bed sheets had dried blood stains, and the wardrobe consisted of two nails in the wall.
nobody there for check-in, had to ask the neighbours, because the owners didn't pick up their phone. after some time staff arrived and asked me, if i have booked already and that no room is ready yet. had to ask the owners via chat twice to turn on the water again, because it stopped working every single day and nobody was there to ask again. had to clean the toilet myself, since it looked really nasty. even for that price, i would expect a bit more engagement.

I staid only for 1 night and moved. It is not safety place for healthy.
When I asked about money back 3 left nights in WhatsApp, in booking message and no any answer. Only ignore.
When I asked stuff, they said only hard NO. And no any comments for my other questions.
This place is a good value for money, more on the budget side, delivers the usual Bali guesthouse experience with a nice garden. The staff is nice and helpful (though sometimes struggles with English, in which case they get someone to translate). Had no problems, and it's quiet because it's shielded from the noisy street.
The location is not exactly right on the map, which I understand puts some people off.

The address is wrong, so you waste time trying to find it. They don’t have reception so nobody is waiting for you and you need to message them and say that you’re there.
Was impossible to take a good shower because is not working properly.
