Pros:

A great place to stay! The location was good (but on a main street), the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a nice place to relax, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Clean, spacious and great location. Friendly staff, felt safe, and was good value. Noisy though.
Pros:

Maria on reception was super friendly and made this place for us. Very smiley and happy to help. The room was clean, and spacious. We really enjoyed staying here.

Cons:

The room was VERY VERY noisy. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you, as it is right on a busy road. Could have done with a couple of extra towels.
Also, ignore the message saying to use their $40 taxi service. It is possible to get an uber from the airport, it is safe, and it will be less than half the price.

Pros:

Maria was a lovely check in host. The room was huge. Great location.

Cons:

Outside noise at night was very loud. Windows are single glazed, blinds don’t fit the arched windows allowing light to come in.

Las camas muy cómodas, la persona en recepción muy amable y simpática que nos dio datos para lugares para conocer también. Todo limpio y con detalle de dejarnos café y té para las mañanas.

Cons:

Que era un poco ruidoso el fin de semana por el bar que está abajo y la habitación un tanto pequeña.

Great location in Condesa. Very cool design in hotel. Functional room.

Cons:

Plumbing a bit old. And also found a spider cricket in my room. Based on AI search, may be a common issue with older buildings in the neighborhood.

Loved the place and the staff. Maria was just so delightful. The cons are more than pros so I would come back again.
Pros:

Great location and great staff. Clean and best bed ever! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Couple of hiccups that’s not entirely the hotels fault but made the stay a bit difficult. Elevator was out of service twice in a week. Once due to electricity outage and once for last couple days of our stay for a different reason. Also, the bar downstairs got really loud one night and made it impossible for us to sleep till after 1 am.

La posizione l’accoglienza ed i letti

Cons:

Ascensore fuori servizio- la camera, la 25 ha deluso le aspettative rispetto alle foto ed alle recensioni recenti caricate su Booking. Arredamento da rivedere totalmente. Forse siamo stati sfortunati ad avere l’unica camera non ristrutturata? Mancanza di praticità’ nelle piccole cose quali la macchina del caffè che comporta una lavorazione abbastanza impegnativa specialmente al risveglio
