Allt! Personalen var otroligt trevlig, rummet, sängen och duschen var väldigt bekväma. Vi uppskattade hotellets design och att det var så bekvämt med restaurang och bar i byggnaden.
Allt var helt perfect!
I didnt eat breakfast it wasn't included with the rom/
The elevator was broken most of our stay.
Location was perfect but didn’t have breakfast.
The room was very small and quite awkward as we were 2 adults and 2children. We also had no view and could not open a window.
Location is great and the staff was very nice and friendly. The decor of the rooms was very beautiful.
A bit noisy on weekends because of the bar next door. You may need to bring ear plugs.
The room was lovely with a great bed. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. Tea and coffee facilities although with the gorgeous bakery below- you don’t need to use them. Very helpful staff.
This property is in a great location and has very friendly and helpful staff. Also great breakfast downstairs with homemade pop tarts.
Lage, Service, Personal - alles prima!!
Nada
The location can't be beat. It's so close to Parque Espania and Parque Mexico as well as lots of restaurants and other amenities in Condesa. I also liked that the access to the hotel was monitored at all times and that you had to be buzzed in.
Note that there is a bar on the main floor of the building which is very loud but we couldn't hear it from our room (#25) which is on the third floor (they call it the 2nd floor) facing the back of the building. Just something to keep in mind in case your room is facing the street, it could get noisy.
We didn't dislike anything really. There were no amenities but we knew that when we booked and were not expecting any. The room was very basic but I think it was in line with what we paid.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Secure facility. Nice cafe. The Condesa neighbourhood is wonderful for walking. Lovely roof-top patio.
The noise. Our room on the third floor overlooked Nuevo León avenue and a seven arms intersection fed by14 lanes of traffic 24 hours per day. The windows are single pane glass or plastic and block none of the endless road noise from cars, large trucks and hundreds of motorcycles. The hotel bar also opened to the street below our room and its patrons spilled out on the sidewalk on Friday and Saturday nights. We had to wear ear plugs to sleep every night of our otherwise pleasant stay.
