Convenient, comfortable stay in Condesa.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location in Condesa. So convenient to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Lovely. The staff was fantastic and always helpful. Farmacia and Bar Caiman adjacent to hotel on either side for food and drinks.

Cons:

While I appreciated the French press and coffee bean grinder in the room, I personally would have preferred a more simpler in-room coffee making option.

Casa Nuevo Leon is in the heart of prime Condesa, and the hotel itself is exactly what we wanted!
Pros:

Having never been to CDMX before, we were overwhelmed with options and neighborhoods in which to stay, though we knew we didn't want to stay at an AirBnb to reinforce the CDMX housing/rent issues.
Casa Nuevo Leon was in the PERFECT location in Condesa. Without knowing where we were staying, a friend who lives somewhat nearby said that the bar (Caiman) and cafe/restaurant (Farmacia Internacional) were among his favorites in the city, the latter of which we had breakfast at to start each day.
The every staff member was incredibly helpful and kind in every way possible. We actually looked forward to saying hello and goodbye to whomever was working every day.

Cons:

NOTHING!!! We truly can't complain about anything. The room and hotel had everything we needed. We knew our budget and where we wanted to stay in CDMX. Whether you're folks like us who need a place to shower, change clothes, sleep, and take a quick respite before getting back to exploring, OR you want to chill in your room for a bit longer, Casa Nuevo Leon is the absolute perfect spot to stay. 11/10. Six stars. Three thumbs up. Will likely stay here again next time!

Nice people, very clean, very functional
Pros:

Cleanness and functionality are our first priorities. In addition to the very clean and comfortable beds, towels, shining room and bathroom, there are wonderful hot water 7/24, large wardrobes in wide rooms, English speaking receptionists which are “rare” in Mexico city. We found all in this hotel. Nevertheless, our receptionist Maria made our trip a wonderful experience for us. Our questions before and during the stay were replied immediately and supportively. We would like to thank you Maria in the first place, and the cleaning ladies, as well as the whole receptionists.

Cons:

The floor of the room and the bathroom should be renewed for better comfort.

Great stay, spacious room in central Condesa
Pros:

Great location. Great facilities, both room and bathroom were very spacious. Loved the addition of coffee machine and kettle (including ground coffee and tea leaves) in the room. Good cafeteria just downstairs which was great to work from. Staff very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and stay again, great value for money.

Cons:

Wifi in the room was a bit slow

Todos son muy amables tienen servicio 24 horas y tienen un ligar de brunch todo el día muy rico y una barra muy agradable

Cons:

Solonque en algunas ha itaciones ha ias bastante calor, las del primer piso las demas tenian ventanas y eran más frescas.

Good location and good value hotel in CDMX
Pros:

The location was good, the coffee and tea in the room was lovely. The bathroom was large and the water pressure was great. Lots of hanging and storage space

Pros:

We found the staff genuinely friendly and accommodating. We were sorry that we get to try the breakfast in the hotel restaurant.. Most days we ate elsewhere with others in our party staying in other places. We did try to eat at the hotel one day but there was ab45 minute wait.

Cons:

The bathroom while roomy could have been cleaner. Most importantly though was the lack of sufficient lighting once it was dark outside. Another friend who stayed in the hotel before us had the same opinion - the room needs better lighting.

Beautiful hotel that we always come back to!
Pros:

Beautiful and big King Suite! Very comfortable bed and nice vibe with the trees. Great to have a coffee grinder, french press and kettle in the room. Whenever we go to CDMX (which is monthly) we stay here.

Cons:

From Wednesday on the Caiman (a restaurant in the same building) has pretty loud music. If you book the lower price rooms that might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.
