Parfait.
Pros:

Tout, l'hotel est très beau et très propre. Les chambres sont neuves, décorées avec goût et spacieuses. Le personnel est à l'écoute, disponible 24H/24. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et copieux.
Le personnel est anglophone ce qui facilite beaucoup tous les échanges.

Kahvaltı çok kötüydü,çok kötü derken çok yetersizdi.1zeytin,küçücük bir parça peynir,2incecik dilim salata ve 2incecik dilim domates eşliğinde 1dilim tost ekmeğinden ibaret kahvaltı.

Cons:

Personel çok yetersiz,temizlik de kötü,ilk gecemizde birimizin odasında düzgün yıkanmamış çarşaflar ve yastık kılıflarını değiştirttik,yine düzgün yıkanmamış saçlı tüylü çarşaf ve yastık kılıfları geldi.Oda temizliği istemiş olmamıza rağmen yapılmadı.Konumu haricinde hiçbir olumlu tarafı yok.Kesinlikle tavsiye ETMİYORUM.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and honestly, I didn’t expect the experience to be this good. Everything exceeded my expectations – from the hospitality, cleanliness, service, to the food. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort and professionalism.

The front desk staff were extremely kind and professional. They welcomed us with smiles, explained everything patiently, and helped us with any questions we had – whether it was about the hotel, recommendations for nearby places, or help with transportation and bookings. They made us feel truly welcome from the very start.

The restaurant downstairs was a pleasant surprise! The food was excellent, fresh, and very tasty, with a rich and varied menu. But what made it truly special was the restaurant staff – always smiling, polite, and offering service that made you feel cared for. It was a lovely atmosphere that made us want to return for every meal.

Breakfast was one of the most enjoyable parts of the day. Generous, diverse, and prepared with great attention to detail. There was something for everyone – from traditional options, baked goods, to warm dishes and a variety of drinks. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the breakfast area was calm and pleasant.

The rooms were very nice, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Tastefully furnished, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere in the room gave a true sense of peace and comfort. Everything was in order and worked perfectly – ideal both for rest and work.

The entire hotel had a warm, clean, and well-organized feel. The shared areas were well-maintained, with a modern design and very pleasant to spend time in.

Overall, this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. A perfect combination of quality, cleanliness, and above all, outstanding service from all the staff.

Hotel bol čistý a blízko centra,všetko po ruke,dolu kaviareň a ústretový personál

Cons:

Na izbe bolo velmi zima ,tento hotel je veľmi krásny aj zariadenie moderné,ale v zimnom období ho neodporúčam navštíviť...ak sa v ňom opäť ubytujem tak iba v teplých mesiacoch iba kvôli tomu,že sa šetrilo na kúrení...vonku bolo teplejšie ako vnútri....

Desayuno pobre. Mucho olor a tabaco y habitación grande pero muy fría
Pros:

La habitación era grande y cómoda.

Cons:

El desayuno escaso, el personal del hotel nunca estaba porque trabajan en un bar del hotel y olía mucho a tabaco porque allí fuman mucho y llega el olor a la habitación. Tuvimos que desayunar en la habitación para no terminar con toda la ropa apestando a tabaco.

Wir haben mit unserer Familie in diesem Hotel übernachtet und eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht. Alles war perfekt – angefangen bei den Zimmern, die sehr sauber, komfortabel und sehr gut beheizt waren. Die Heizung funktionierte während des gesamten Aufenthalts einwandfrei. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder
