Convenient, great.
Spots spotted on bedsheet, quite dirty. Even though after staff changed the bedsheet, still have abit of blood stains. Extra $$$ was deducted from my credit card without informing me and returned back to my credit card few days later. But due to FX fluctuation, i got back less. Messaged the hotel on explanation but no reply. Before arriving, i’ve already paid but somehow hotel requested me to pay again. After clarifying with the reception, they confirmed it was already paid before.
Good location, malls and small eats near by, rooms are good for the price.
Unfortunately on our stay there was a family on the 3rd floor foyer that were noisy all night, staff really should stop this. When we went down for breakfast we could hear them from the lobby. So no excuses that the staff didn’t hear them. Aircon wasn’t cool but I guess I could have told them they may have changed my room. The point is this should be checked prior to checking people in.

Stuff was nice, location was fine
it was very dirty, had 3 cockroaches in the room and lots of random peoples hair, smelled like old cigarettes everywhere, especially the air conditioner…
we asked for a new bed sheet and got it, which was nice of the staff but very needed…
