I booked a 240 sq feet room with city view and BF. In reality I was offered a cramp room of size 120 sq feet, unhygienic and unclean bathroom, cockroach in bed, without a window so it was dump with a nasty smell.

The complementary BF was with a cup of coffie in a paper cup, non eatable Bora, and poha! Irony was that they don't have egg too. I had two breads in frastration and leave the place.
