Superb
Pros:

Location is very good..close to the airport.malls. backlaran and everything . Restaurants.

Staff good hotel not so good
Pros:

The hotel was able to check me in even at 1am after late arrival and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The area, I felt when arriving it wasn't very safe, the room wasn't very inviting, felt a bit like a prison for me, so I checked out early and then booked a new hotel.

The place is overrated and overpriced. Cannot feel secure. Not recommended to stay there!!!
Pros:

Did not like anything about it. Due to the flooding, the availability was there, but maybe there was a reason it still had rooms.

Cons:

The staff was not so receptive. I got there and after posting a deposit in addition to the full payment online, I was given the keys. As I was retrieving my luggage, the key fell, but it fell onto my baggage, so I figured it was okay. Once I got inside the lobby, I reached down to retrieve the key, but it was gone. I asked the staff who came to help with the baggage about it and he said he had them. He then takes the keys to the desk and gets another set.
We go to the room and he opens up the door and leaves. They did help take the luggage to the second floor. They the door deadbolt lock was inside, but it served no purpose. The door can still be opened. Shower was leaking, the tv was all in Chinese, the sink faucet was loose and just sitting there. No floor towel for the shower or toilet. Not very well located as the are is dim and isolated.

Good stay near airport
Pros:

Near the airport. Staff was exceptional ! Carried our bags called a Uber to airport. Gave us bottle water.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say. Was worth the money
