Hotellet var otroligt lyxigt och höll verkligen hög standard på både service och faciliteter. Personalen var väldigt professionell och hjälpsam, och vi fick bra information under hela vistelsen vilket gjorde allt smidigt och enkelt.
Läget var också väldigt bra med närhet till det mesta, och det uppskattades mycket att hotellet hade tillgång till tvättmaskin – perfekt under en längre resa.

I really loved how this stay felt like a spa. It was in a great location, close to transportation but also in a quiet corner of Gion. It was really special. Also some of the best complimentary beauty items I’ve had in Japan!

Peak Gion location right by all the Sakura, exceptional staff, amazing facilities. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Gion.
No breakfast option but 7-Eleven is literally a few meters away so this is not even an issue.
Great hotel in Gion district but on quieter street. Room was clean and big, huge compared to Japanese standards. Clean, great shower - water pressure and hot, lots of storage and room for your luggage. Room had sliding doors to shut off from the "living" area. Bedding was nice, and while no breakfast, the croissants were amazingly good. They heat before serving them to you. Laundry available and they will take care of it if there's a wait for the machines. Staff was wonderful, helpful with recommendations and getting our luggage sent on to next hotel.
I will say that we stayed in the newer part of hotel and did not see the "older" part so not sure if that side looks any different. Was worried it's labelled as a 3-star hotel but felt more like a 4-star. Definitely would come back to Miru Kyoto.

Nos encantó este hotel. Las personas super serviciales, nos encantaron las recomendaciones que nos dio un joven del hotel. En la mañana tienes croissant, café, té y agua disponible todos los días. La habitación muy muy cómoda y muy amplia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca a dos estaciones y al lado de un 7/11. La verdad nos encantó!
