The staff are very nice and kind the room is clean and the pool view was beautiful.
The manager is very kind and very accommodating.

Cons:

The bed was really small it’s really for 1 person there’s no more space even a bit.
The wifi was bad.
The laundry is expensive I paid 15k!? I was really disappointed it doesn’t worth 15k

Pros:

All of the staff (reception, housekeeping, guards, etc.) were friendly and helpful. The elevators were fast. Parking was reserved for our stay. The place is near GH mall which makes eating out and buying stuff very convenient. The place is pet friendly as well which is a great coz I brought my dog. There's a pet fee but my dog wasn't required to wear diapers. My dog is potty trained anyway so I just took him out for walks. The pool was great too, was able to swim a few laps for exercise during our stay.

Cons:

The internet was slow. Booked 2 nights here as our building was undergoing an electricity maintenance. As someone who works from home, I had to stay somewhere while that happened. The place advertises "high-speed internet" but can't say I experienced that. When I did a speed test, I only got 12Mbps. When I joined work calls, it lagged sometimes. That's the only issue I had during our stay.

A comfortable and convenient stay with great service and an excellent location.
Pros:

The property was very clean, modern, and conveniently located in Greenhills. It felt safe and comfortable for a longer stay, and the staff were courteous and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Nearby malls, restaurants, and shops were also very accessible, which made the location even more convenient.

Cons:

The stay was generally pleasant. The only minor issue was that some amenities and common areas could get crowded during busy hours.

Goed hotel. Vrij nieuw. Alles in goede staat. Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Ontbijt is in de mall. Maar dat is geen probleem. Enkele minuten wandelen. Ontbijt is lekker. Kleine badkamer. Douche met warm water. We hadden een klein balkon. Hotel is een aanrader. Heel vriendelijke bewakers. Groot en verzorgd zwembad. Veel restaurants op loopafstand. Voldoende warm water in de douche.

Cons:

Je mocht geen handdoeken op het balkon hangen om te drogen.

Definitely goung back again!
Pros:

The room felt brand new and was spotless. For us, cleanliness is a dealbreaker, and The Connor nailed it.

​Prime Location. Being connected to the mall is a huge plus. Even though parking was a challenge (see below), the convenience of the walkway made the transition much smoother.

Modern Vibe. The aesthetic and quality of the room were impressive enough that we’ve already booked two more stays.

Parking & Arrival Logistics
Checking in at 3:00 PM was quite chaotic. The lobby was packed, and the lack of available parking was a major hurdle. While we understand the "first-come, first-served" policy, it adds significant stress to the arrival process.

​Suggestion: Since there was a high demand for parking, they should consider partnering with nearby parking establishments to secure additional slots.

FYI: The nearby mall charges a 500-peso overnight fee after 2:00 AM. Customers should be notified of this beforehand. We were informed that parking slots are fully occupied until the following day, just imagine if you're staying for two nights and you have to park nearby with an overnight parking fee of additional 500 pesos after 2:00 AM.

Inventory Management & Room Amenities
​This was our biggest point of confusion. We couldn't find a kettle in our room, which led to a missed morning coffee. However, during checkout, I was approached by staff asking for the location of the "missing" kettle.
• ​The Issue: If an item isn't there upon arrival, the guest shouldn't be made to feel responsible for it at departure.
• ​The Solution: I highly suggest implementing a Guest Room Checklist. Having a simple list for guests to see upon entry and for staff to verify would prevent awkward conversations at the front desk and ensure all amenities (like kettles) are actually stocked.
