Pros:

This is our second time here this year. We liked it last time due to convenience. The location was good being connected to a shopping mall. It's pretty new so the room was clean and comfortable. Our kids love the swimming pool.

Cons:

We hired 2 studios and they both smell like sewerage during our whole stay. It went away for a while after we asked housekeeping to do something about it, but the smell kept coming back.

Also the staff at the reception was not very accommodating. I messaged ahead of time to request a change of room, from 2 studios to a 1-bedroom suite, as we are 2 adults + kids. It took them a while to reply and said they said it will cost additional P3500 to change to a 1-bedroom suite. I called them to organise it, but the staff is now saying they could not do it and to contact Booking.com. On the day we checked in, I explained it again, the lady at the reception was friendly and was happy to look into it, but Mr boss man, who was eavesdropping, interrupted and said they cannot make any changes, I have to cancel my booking at Booking.com (obviously no refund anymore) and just to book another room again (like we're rolling on a bed of money) ... all this just to change from 2 x studios to 1 suite so we can all be together.

It’s my go to favorite place to stay when I go to the Philippines
Pros:

The convenience of walking outside and going directly into the Greenhills mall also the swimming pool was excellent

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like something it’s that. I wish they had a nice restaurant right there on the property.
