Loved the location. Proximity & access to the Green Hills mall. Clean, well appointed rooms. Great gym and Pool

Check in staff and bit rigid almost unfriendly.Some rules did not make sense. Difficult to get extra towels and bedding.

It was extremely disappointing. We did not get parking (ended up paying extra 1,800 for parking), poor performance from

Location (being adjacent to a shopping center), they have a clean gym and a decent pool

Cons:

We stayed in this hotel twice already. The first time was not a good experience but we were forgiving because they said that they were in soft opening.

Several months later we went back again expecting that the services have improved. We were proven wrong once again. Here are the things that disappointed us:

1. Parking - we were informed that they ran out of parking. I requested the front desk to call me next morning as soon as someone checks out. I did not get a call the next day. I ended up paying PHP 1,800 for parking for two nights.

2. Front Desk - they do not seem to know what they are doing. They could not keep track of our requests. On top of our issue on our request for parking, We called them to have our room cleaned. When we went back in the afternoon, it was exactly the same as how we left it.

3. Bathroom - there was a foul smell from the bathroom throughout our stay. We could not stand the smell so we had the bathroom closed the entire time. The shower mat even had molds in it.

4. Pool - the pool did not have a lifeguard on duty. This should be a standard protocol for safety of guests.

Overall, it was not a great experience. The only good thing about the hotel was it was right beside greenhills shopping center. If they do not fix these, I will not recommend staying in this hotel unfortunately.

Amazing stay in GH
Pros:

Everything! Hopefully the standard and quality of the residences would not change ☺️ we’ll definitely book again whenever we’re in MNL.

Cons:

The trash bins inside the rooms were a bit too small, although you could always call for collection with their 24/7 housekeeping team.

綺麗で快適なコンドタイプのホテル
Pros:

出来立て?の綺麗なコンドなので快適、隣接するグリーンヒルズショッピングセンターも新しく生まれ変わり綺麗になっている。雨が降っても全く濡れずにアクセスできるので非常に便利だった。

Cons:

特に無いですが価格がすこし高めかな?|
