Very helpfull
It was nice to find a room for 3 people that was reasonably priced. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was quite large. While the hotel isn't close to much it is very quick, affordable, and easy to call a cab to get where we needed to go. The staff was helpful and let us check in early, they also fixed our issue with the bathroom after we brought it to their attention. The cat was cute.
The first night we were there the shower did not drain properly and made the whole bathroom extremely wet and not that pleasant, but the issue was fixed the next day when we asked. It was not the cleanest, but not too bad. There is also a cat in the lobby which was cute but did follow us to our room, which we did not mind but if you are allergic keep this in mind.
Nice lobby with flowers, books and a cute cat. Good location close to the subway station line 7 Changping Road (and also line 13) and the Jade Buddah temple and Jing An Temple. Couple of restaurants nearby. Nice staff at reception (helpful). Big TV on the room (but not many channels available).
Old hotel, old decoration in the room (if any...). No elevator. My room was really small, the bed was facing a window (difficult to close), therefore could easily hear the noise and traffic from outside. The room was not super clean with stains, and a bit of moisture on the bathroom. Need to be vigilant to throw the toilet paper in the trash only. No shower curtain.
Location is quite convenient. Some shops and bus stops nearby. Comfy bed and bathroom size is big. Staff are nice and helpful.
Water refill and changing towels everyday.
It was a bit rundown and sometimes it smelled really weird in the hallway. Maybe because of the carpet.
My room wasn’t as clean as I wish it would be. Floor was a bit sticky, dust on the lamp and in the beginning it smelled like someone was smoking in there before. It was a „soundproof“ room, but I could hear the guests next door clearly and also people in hallway or the street. So if you are a light sleeper, you might have trouble sleeping.
Everything is perfect, the bed is very comfortable, It's very close to the Subway,good location, the littlecat so cute!. I will come back next time.
Staff helped much while I was staying there
The room is a little noisy because when local people talked is like asking for fight🤭
The staff was very patient, assuring me there is no issue even thou it was a very late check-in. Felt safe especially the reply was always on prompt. Very homely and location is pretty near like 2 mins walk to a massage place, the masseur are pretty good too. Near to some eating place, like 8 mins walk and MOHO shopping mall.
The place is a little run down but still clean.
The staff were really friendly and tried to be helpful,(though spoke almost no English which made communication bit challenging)
The rooms were not that clean, and u could detect years of not proper cleaning at corners of the bathrooms (these black mass that forms). Also the close proximity of rooms made it hard to sleep if your neighbors were speaking loud.
The location was fairly centric and we appreciated the laundry service.
Although we arrived way later than the check-in time, the room was not ready for us and they had us waiting for over 1h.
The bathroom was a bit small.
