The girl who welcomed us was excellent, she was super helpful with our last minute requests. I was so tired after our long trip, I didn’t get the chance to thank her, she was patient and kind. The room was amazing! We checked other places for the same price in town and this room was miles better. Clean, tidy, great design, total surprise and did not expect this from a pub-hotel. Fresh towels rolled up on the bed, view overlooking a palm tree and the garden. 10/10 value for money.
A lovely deluxe room, modern and nicely decorated. Free parking is available on the street behind, and Wi-Fi worked well.
The TV setup was slightly confusing but everything worked.
Not overlooked, near town and harbour, quiet, v reasonable price, no kitchen available when we visited but that was reflected in price so not worried. Friendly staff.
Didn’t dislike anything, but had to ask for milk, hairdryer and extra teabags. Bottle of water and glasses would have been nice.
The quality of the decor in the room. The bar and outside space was pleasant. The manager Sam was very helpful. There was a good local bus service to the centre. The wines were good value and quality.
There is no breakfast - had to get food from the nearby petrol station. The hotel was supposed to be open until 1230 am, but last orders in the bar were called 1000 hrs! The temperature control on the shower was broken. Towels were old and washed out. The restaurant was almost empty and consisted of beef or chicken burgers. We therefore went out for dinner.
The room was very modern and clean.

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Ramsgate and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Coming from London, we were looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape, and this place exceeded all our expectations.
The hotel is unique, elegant, and impeccably clean. Every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special.
The food was outstanding, with every meal beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was simply amazing: calm, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy excellent hospitality, we highly recommend this hotel. We can't wait to return.
