There is absolutely nothing to like about this stay. The staff are beyond rude—not just unhelpful, but outright mannerless.
They treat guests like beggars, speaking without an ounce of respect. You’re not paying for a hotel stay here—you’re paying to be humiliated.

The staff? Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Even though they understand English, they deliberately speak in Telugu to confuse and frustrate you.
Expect to waste hours in the lobby. We had a confirmed booking via Booking.com, yet they boldly denied us a room, claiming they were fully booked. After begging and pleading, they graciously offered us a filthy, substandard room—as if doing us a favor.
This place is beyond pathetic. Avoid it unless you want to be scammed, disrespected, and stranded.

The booking was not accepted by hotel due to booking made from oyo. The worst service and behavior from oyo customer care. The oyo customer care team make me to cancel the booking and team said the amount is getting refunded. But till now amount paid at the time of booking is not credited to my account. The amount has been debited twice from my account. Very very bad service amd experience I have faced when I'm with my family at night time. I never want to use this booking.com and oyo in future bookings.
