Reasonable budget accommodation in the heart of Trivandrum
Pros:

This is basic accommodation which is reflected in the price. The bed is passably comfortable, and the shower/bathroom is small but functional (no hot water in the standard room, although this is not uncommon for India). My room didn't have AC, but the ceiling fan kept me cool enough (I travelled in October). The location is good, with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and is easy to find and access. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. WiFi works well. The room feels secure.

Cons:

The surrounding area is loud, but this isn't the fault of the accommodation - Trivandrum is a busy place! Take ear plugs. Again, the accommodation is basic, but fine for someone travelling on a budget.

Warm Hospitality in a Peaceful, Central Location
Pros:

I had a really pleasant stay, mainly because of the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff—the most welcoming I’ve ever encountered. They assisted with everything I asked for and even walked me outside to show multiple good restaurants within walking distance, which was very kind. The hotel’s central location was a big plus, making it easy to access all major shops. I also appreciated the flexibility in check-in and check-out timings, the availability of an RO water purifier, and the peaceful environment that added to the comfort of the stay.

Cons:

If I had to mention a couple of small things that could be improved, the fan speed and ventilation in the room felt a bit limited. Though I completely understand this may be due to choosing the most affordable room. Also, there was only one charging socket located near the door. Having an additional socket near the bed would have been more convenient. These were minor things, and overall, the stay was definitely a positive and relaxing experience.
