房間非常大間，早餐自助餐品項豐盛，飯店溫泉也非常舒服。

Cons:

ホテルロビーの芳香剤の匂いが非常にキツイ為ロビーを通行する度に頭痛が我慢できない。
鼻を抑えても軽減する事は無かった。
無香製の物に変えて欲しい。

返金してもらいたいくらい最悪でした
Cons:

倉庫しか見えない景色な上に真横を通る道路の交通量が多く、午前４時から大型トラックが頻繁に通る。防音機能が弱いため窓を閉めていても騒音に悩まされました。
フロントに確認したところ、シングルの部屋は全てこちらサイドにしかないとのこと。周辺ホテルの価格より高いのに環境は最悪です。旅行利用される方には特におすすめしません。

夕食を中のレストランで食べましたが、スマホでのモバイルオーダー、配膳もファミレスのようなロボットで幻滅、価格の割に量が少なく味付けも良くなかったです。

プライベートで宿泊。GW明けで宿泊費安く、そんなに混んでなく、何よりルートインでは大きめな風呂、泉質もツルッツルッ。部屋も綺麗。フロントの女性も丁寧。最高のホテルでした。

Pros:

全体に綺麗に改装されてて良かった。
温泉浴場も清潔でシャワーヘッドがRefaで良かった。
朝食の内容も豊富で美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋にお水のペットボトルは欲しかった。
1人分バスタオルとフェイスタオルが一枚ずつで、
洗面所の手拭きタオルは別に欲しい。
浴場にシャワーキャップが無くて残念💦

朝食は品数も多く時間帯も6：00～対応最高でした
ついつい食べ過ぎました・・・ありがとうございました！

Cons:

サービスコーナーのコーヒーの件ですが早朝、目覚めのコーヒーを飲みたかった
味もよく前日に続き心待ちにしていましたが（ＡＭ6：00前）残念でした

バッチリ
Pros:

全体的に綺麗で清潔感を感じられたところが良かったです。あとは温泉♨️こちらもとても気持ちよくいい時間を過ごせました。
また店内に入っている居酒屋さんを利用しましたが、秩父名物がとても美味しくいただけてお得な気分になりました。

I will remember not to book Japanese style rooms again. The furniture were all too low for comfort.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

I found that the Japanese style furniture were too low for my comfort. I had difficulty getting on and off the chairs and in and out of bed. The bathroom was too tiny.

Great, recommend.
Pros:

Very nice experience. This is the fifth time I spend my time here. I especially appreciated the cozy onsen, washing all the tiredness out after a long day trip. Besides, breakfast is fantastic. Will come again.

Cons:

I wonder why check out time is 10a.m. It is a little bit early. Wish it could be 11.
