Security staff are great, friendly always there. Easy access to the room and facilities
Would have liked more pots and pans and a dual cook top. A convection oven would be nice, however, these are Western cultur things
Clean, comfortable, quite small but well equipped, good value for price.
Even for a little scooter there is no free parking. Security demanded some card to be paid for I don't know how much.
So I parked the bike the whole week on the street corner. Very disappointing.

Room is exactly as described. Small, but comfortable. There is a kitchen and washing machine if you want to use them. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper and toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I think extra towels for the pool would be good. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly.
Great location. Lot's of restaurants nearby. New mall just around the corner on the water side has a pharmacy. Place to play pool just up the street. Washing machine in the washroom you can hang dry clothes quick in roof top area if needed. Very clean unit. Good wifi. Security guards at drive in entrance and each bulding. Very nice guardening in front of buildings. Nice view of mountains and sunsets from room.
The washroom is a little cramped for a big guy but, at 6 ft 250lbs I was fine.

Very strict when having people come to visit.
Met our expectations. When we told the owner about an issue with the shower, she immediately asked someone to fix it. We had a pleasant stay. Place was clean. Plus, cooking is possible coz the it has kitchen wares and an electric stove & even a washing machine! Would recommend.

Being a seasoned traveler it was nice to get a unit where the host thought about the setup and comfort of the guest. The AC was quite (hard to find in the PH), the wifi worked great, the bathroom had good water pressure, bath towel was large enough, it even had a hand towel. Kitchen had nice appliances, a water dispenser with extra water jugs. The layout design was a good use of space for a studio. If this is the area you want to be in I'd book this place.
No top sheet on the bed only a comforter. Personal preference but I like to sleep with a sheet over me not a blanket or comforter. The bed itself was comfortable.
