Lived up to expectation
Pros:

Location was great. The bed was very comfortable almost comparable to higher end properties.

Cons:

Perfect South Goa experience.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Room was spacious and the location to beach was perfect. Lots of little restaurants around within walking distance.

Nice Stay
Pros:

Went there back in April 2026. Room size was big, AC was working. Its located at a very convenient location.

Cons:

If I want to be nitpicking, once you come back from the beach washing area is not good. They can have a sprinkler in front tonwash our feets.

It’s in the most perfect setting, beautiful calm oasis set back from the beach which makes it so accessible to everything but in this peaceful location. Beautifully cared for with amazing staff.

Spacious rooms, especially the washroom! Nice, clean, good A/C, and the front porch was such a nice touch. Staff is chill and accommodating.

The attached restaurant was so unexpectedly good and they make some great espresso martinis! The best part may have been the location (which is a short and easy walk to the beach where you come out at the perfect spot).

I can’t tell you how much i loved this spot. Just being able to grab breakfast at the breakfast and spend the day on the beach with the cafe’s lounging chairs and umbrellas where they can bring you out anything you want all day for such a ridiculously inexpensive price).

I’ve been traveling for 6 months as-of-now (have gone through Japan, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and India) and this might have been my favorite set up I’ve had this whole time. I only wish I would have stayed longer.

Pros:

До моря 2 минуты. Выход к пляжу Палолем через дорожку через кафе. Горячая вода была всегда, вентилятор и кондиционер работали, хорошие завтраки. Просторный чистый домик с террасой. В новых домиках есть москитная сетка. Территория закрытая, тихо. Сотрудники отеля помогали во всем.

Cons:

Вечером комары , мошки . Местное средство от Комаров не помогло(

Great stay at this property
Pros:

Nice location, near everything, but secluded. Staff friendly. Comfy bed, kept clean. Nice balcony at front. Tea and coffee, water bottles and fridge. Air conditioning and fan. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Water from shower drains after toilet which can make floor a bit slippy and wet. There was a mop, but still a bit wet.
