Hiçbir kış otelinde saat 21.00’da yemek bitmez, restoran kapanmaz! Müşteriye İlk defa kış tatili yapıyor gibi davranılmaz! Dünyanın her yerinde açık büfe akşam yemeği 19.00-22.00 arasındadır!

Amazing stay at the charming hotel

Outstanding staff – Super helpful and friendly, from reception to the bar, kitchen, restaurant, and ski rental.
• Amazing location – Just a 3 minute drive to the ski slopes.

У отеля сделать пешеходный переход через дорогу
Pros:

Мы отдыхали семьей 4 дня в отеле, нас было четыре взрослых, нам было тесно в номере и по нашей просьбе нам дали более большой номер. Мы были в восторге от заботы, питания, трансфера на гору, спа-салона.

Cons:

Единственное что нам было некомфортно, очень жесткие матрасы на кроватях

Cons:

Sözde 5 yılız otel ama butik bir otelin bile kalitesine yaklaşmıyor. Isınmayan odalar, eski eski banyolar, eski tahtadan pencereler..
sigara içme alanı yok, otelin dışına -30 derecelerde sigara içmeye gidiliyor. En azından bir kış bahçesi yapılabilir.

Eten was waardeloos. Heb 2 avonden maar daar gegeten. De rest van de week zijn we buiten gaan eten. We hadden het geluk dat we een huur auto hadden.
Zelfs een fruit sapje in de ochtend moet je extra voor betalen

Bedden zijn klein en de kamers ook

Pros:

The hotel it self I wouldn't stay is 5star but more 4/star but I paid £900 for 5 night where has the 5star hotel like Radisson blue wanted 3500

Our room got upgraded
Staff are really nice and friendly and a lot of them can speak English as in summar there work at the bodrum hotel,

The hotel and room were nice and clean bit room are a bit outdated but I did pay less then half then what other hotel would charge ,

The ski resort is 10 min away walk but there had shuttle bus ran every 5 min so we never had to wait long

It had a nice pool and Sunna spa

Also if you have back issue there was an Indian lady she really sorted my back issue out , she highly recommended

The only issue I found was the room were to hot, I turn the radiator down to 2 and I still had to open the window

Fantastic
Pros:

Very clean and quality fittings. Food was plentiful and varied - our compliments to the soup chef!! we loved every soup, and all the cheeses in particular. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea coming back from skiing. We LOVED the spa and hammam - highlight of each day! One day we paid for massages from Aya and Putu which were really the best massages we ever had! Thank you!

Also really good was the shuttle up and down the main road making it easy to return from the gondola to the hotel.

Cons:

First few nights our room was so hot we could not sleep, but the hotel kindly changed our room and after that we slept well.

Mükemmel , konforlu , güleryüzlü samimi hizmet .

Herşeyden memnun kaldık , girdiğimiz andan itibaren sıcacık konforlu hissettik . Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü . Odalar çok güzel . Özellikle yemekler çok güzel . Çay saati de favorimiz . Otelin alt katından kayak malzemesi kiralayabiliyorsunuz bu da çok konforlu . Kayak pistlerine 15 dk ya bir servis var . Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz . Öneri olarak , bi apres parti güzel olurdu. Bir de havuz sıcak havuz olsaydı mükemmel olurdu.

The food is exceptional, the staff is super nice and helpful, rooms were decent. nice spa. shuttle to the main area every 15 minutes. cozy place overall

Cons:

ski equipment rental doesn't have enough range of snowboards. ski equipment is sufficient though.

Если есть снег, однозначно надо ехать.
Pros:

Персонал на ресепшен говорящий по русски. В прокате тоже говорят по русски. Хороший выбор горнолыжного снаряжения и хорошие завтраки с ужинами.

Cons:

Хотелось бы больше двухспальную кровать и поудобнее матрас.

Heerlijke hotel met vrolijke personeel
Pros:

Wat heerlijke hotel met uitgebreide ontbijt en avondeten. Locatie was ook top. Je kon om de 10 min met een pendelbusje van een rit van 5 min naar skipiste. Personeel was ook aangenaam vrolijk en behulpzaam. Cennet en Sevim van de housekeeping maakten ons verblijf extra aangenaam. We hebben ook heerlijk kunnen genieten van de spa-faciliteiten en zwembad en ook daar krijgt personeel een dikke 10.

Pros:

We enjoyed a fantastic new year’s skiing trip at Mirada. They organised our gear hire, gave good advice on the lift passes and arranged our airport taxi. We came on New Years and didn’t realise this would include a wonderful new year’s feast celebration in the cost. What a joy, we welcomed 2025 in style.
