Pros:

The property was exactly what we needed for a last minute overnight to get out of the heat. Location was great. Kevin welcoming. Beds comfortable and good shower.

Pros:

The hotel was seemingly well kept for an older facility. The owner was lovely and very kind and friendly. We had great parking and space for our dogs in the van. The thing was, the room smelled like really bad, like a hog farm. We didn't complain, as an old hotel might have lingering scents. Well, I'm thinking there is mold present as we both woke with raging headaches, irritated sinuses and feeling unwell. With the help of some allergy meds and fresh air we felt better but unfortunately would not stay here again as it made us both feel quite sick. I was very thankful it was NOT dog friendly because I wouldn't want my senior pups to experience the toxicity.

Pros:

Like another review said - everything you need and nothing that you don’t.. staff was friendly and helpful. Room was basic but very clean and that’s what we cared about. We stayed over the 4th of July so aside from fireworks which are uncontrollable.. the hotel was quiet and felt safe. We would stay here again.

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Right on the highway and easy to find. Checking in took minutes, and I was able to park right outside the door. The room was very spacious with lots of room to put my stuff. It was surprisingly quiet after dark, considering it's located on #2 highway, I slept great.

Cons:

The decor is dated, the fridge didn't get super cold. It was fine for my 1 night stay but did not freeze my freezer packs for my cooler. The window did not open.

I liked the owner, a dedicated small businees person who crosses his t's and dots his i's.

Cons:

Location in an area with nothing but malls for walking. No breakfast offering.
