Booking was done and paid for 2 queen sized bed in the superior king suite but on arrival it had just one. The staff just could not understand why i was asking for the 2nd bed . He wanted to charge us for an extra mattress even. I think it is either a problem with ignorance of the staff not understanding what the booking order and description was, because he seriously was not aware about a 2nd bed OR booking .com is giving out false information. We had travelled for a long distance so we let it go that night but please it is a request to look into what went wrong.

Very happy to have a great place to stay doing work
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were awesome. It was just very nice and relaxing and restful so we could do our work through throughout the day.

Cons:

The hospitality as far as cooking in the kitchen and training, the staff needs to be done in a little bit better as far as serving and offering things so just a little more training on hospitality and hosting in the seating area

Pros:

The staff service were great. Mr. Vikram from reception and ms. Amen from restaurant room service was very good. Overall it was a good stay. Will definitly come back again.

Cons:

I had to ask for the bathroom amenities like the soap, bucket, mug, as it was not there in the bathroom.

Pros:

Even though they're currently renovating, the rooms are super clean and the service is excellent. This was the best hotel in terms of value for money during our month-long trip to India. Especially, the Hotel manager is extremely kind.

Perfect stay in Dimapur
Pros:

The staff was exceptional in their customer orientation and their service. Ranjit, the manager attended to every concern, suggested itineraries for us and arranged our local transport. Also recall Massaiemnla at the in house restaurant for her excellent service during breakfast.

Cons:

On-going construction in a floor meant not all facilities were ready. That should have been fixed by now.
