La signora e la sua famiglia. La piscina. La possibilità di parcheggiare vicino casa. La posizione rispetto Noquera. La possibilità di stendere i panni. La disponibilità al check in anticipato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
La porta della camera non aveva serratura. Struttura senza ascensore e senza condizionatore ma con ventilatore da soffitto (siamo stati comunque freschi). Lontananza da Valencia 20 minuti di auto
Adriana is very kind and welcoming. The bathroom is shared, but cleaned several times a day. Kitchen is shared too, but you can use it. There is wifi and access to the building's swimming pool.
During our stay, Adriana's family was also visiting at her home. Unfortunately, they were using the shared bathroom of the guests, so there was often a queue to use the bathroom. There is no key to the room door, so anyone can enter while you are gone. The fridges were messy and full of food (from guests, previous people, family,..) and there is no order to place your things easily. Overall, I appreciated Adriana as a person, but I think that if you decide to have your family over, then you pause your room renting business, so everyone is comfortable, because I felt uncomfortable in the end.

When we went there it was very noisy. We did not like staying there so we came back to Benidorm
Adriana was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. She treated us as if we were old friends. Everything was clean and accessible. Would've stayed longer if we could have!
This place gives you a room in Adriana's house. Believe there are three such rooms available. we got one of them. Adriana is very friendly - my house is your house. We had breakfast at the table in the living room and we could use the fridge for our groceries. This place is abt 5 minute walk from several restaurants. Also some walks/hikes you can start from Naquera into the mountains.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip here. Adriana was very accommodating and the room was super cozy. The house was quiet and we had a spacious room with a bathroom attached, and fully equipped. Would highly recommend!
The room was acceptable, a bit small since the bed was big.
The host was helpful with keeping my ebike inside the building, despite having to use Google Translate for everything.
I was shown my room and the bathroom and that's it. I don't think there's much more to shared areas or the kitchen. Check-in could also be improved.
