Cons:

Nous avions prévenu pour notre arrivée tardive mais personne ne semblait au courant et l’hôtel était fermé. Un monsieur nous a ouvert, nous a confirmé le prix qui était indiqué sur Booking et le lendemain, un autre réceptionniste nous en demandait le double. Nous ne savons toujours pas si c’est une arnaque ou une erreur de booking. Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre où les draps n’avaient pas été changés et il y avait pleins de saletés et de poils dans le lit. Il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes et pas de papier toilette non plus.

Great for late hour arrivals
Pros:

Very close to the bus station for Saoviet. We took a 7pm bus and arrived at around midnight, so booked the accomodation for the first night in Sapa and walked to the next one that was in Sapa town for the rest of our stay. We sent a note via booking chat that we were arriving at around midnight and they waited for us to check in. Room was comfortable and we had a nice warm shower when we arrived. There was breakfast included the next morning.

Cons:

Noisy in the early morning due to the location next to a big road.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent staff, particularly Mr Ngo,, all fantastically helpful and friendly - stepping out of their scope of their duties to assist and making it comfortable.
The facilities are in excellent condition and clean. We love it.
