Höfliche und ehrenhafte Menschen.
Pros:

Es war mir eine große Freude, in diesem Haus zu wohnen. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Ich gehe zufrieden. Ich bin mit dem Service und der Sauberkeit des Zimmers sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

Pros:

Buena ubicación del inmueble, cerca de la costa y bien comunicado

Cons:

Tercer piso sin ascensor. Al ser habitaciones compartidas, la limpieza de las zonas comunes dejaba que desear, ya que otras personas pueden llevar tiempo alojándose ahí antes que tú. Solo una de las habitaciones tiene ventana al exterior, las otras dos a un patio interior. La relación calidad/precio es muy mejorable.

Cheap and cheerful right by the sea
Pros:

It was clean, everything you need and the location is really nice, if you’re driving it’s a perfect base to explore, there’s a nice little balcony, you can do laundry with the washing machine and facilities are there to cook if needed.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard, and there was no mirror in my room which I would suggest to change and maybe put one in every room, it is a shared bathroom so it can get busy.

Disappointing
Pros:

What made the stay passable was that the face-to-face communication on site was nice and I was allowed to leave my suitcase until 2pm the next day. The flat I was rebooked into at short notice, had a nice terrace and a great view of the sea - but I couldn't really use that.

Cons:

I was rebooked into a different apartment - in a completely different location !! - the evening before without asking or apologising. There was a festival at the place where I had actually booked.
The new flat was being renovated. Work was still going on, even in the evening !! The booked taxi transfer was 30 minutes late due to traffic (although there was nothing going on on the streets) and cost the same as to the other location - although the new flat was closer.
