Location was good.
The bedroom was very very small and the only small window in room looked on to hallway. This was a superior room. There was no iron and when requested one at reception we were told they would check and I returned downstairs 20 minutes later to be told it was unavailable. No toilet roll in bathroom on ground floor when we arrived. Disappointing stay.

The rooms are old and not that big.
The location is good. The staff was friendly.
The room size is misrepresented on booking.com. Most of the hotels in the old quarter have smaller room size, only reason i booked this hotel was the room size which is not accurate on the website. I have previously worked as a hotel sales manager, and I can be sure the size of the room is way smaller than what they claim.
They were nice to give me an upgrade by default to the Deluxe room, but once we checked it and opened our bags, there was not space to walk, not even to go to the toilet. The angle at which the pictures are taken makes it look like the room size is bigger.
I complained that the size of the room mentioned on booking.com is not correct, and they panicked and promised to see if they could upgrade me the next day. They showed me family rooms which were bigger in size, but kept a condition that they will only upgrade it if i give them 10/10 stars else i will have to pay for the upgrade. Well I told them i would to get an upgrade, but that's not fair.
Another thing to keep in mind is the rooms are outdated, paint is chipping off the walls, the toilets are too small without a shower curtain, so the entire toilet gets wet when you shower.
