Nie wart swojej ceny, zdjęcia na booking vs rzeczywistość, personel który nie mówi po angielsku, bardzo zniszczone pokoje, śmierdzącą winda, problemy przy check-in, najpierw twierdzą, że pokoju nie ma i oferują inny obiekt, później po kontakcie z booking nagle okazuje się że pokój jest.

L’emplacement, la disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

Nous avons réservé les 2 mêmes chambres mais à notre arrivée l’une était beaucoup plus grande que l’autre. Également certaines chambres au 5e étage nécessitent de monter un étage à pied ( mais personnel disponible pour aider avec les bagages)

A central location hotel
Pros:

Location of the hotel which is at the center of old quarter. It is very convenient to access all attraction areas by bus. The hotel staffs are very helpful. When we checked in and found out the room we made reservation is very tiny room and without window. We talked to the front desk staff, the staff promised to upgrade our room at nearby facility for free. On the checked out date, the staff allowed us to leave the hotel one hour past the regular check out time.

Cons:

If we stayed in our original room, I think the price we pay for that kind of room in Vietnam is a little bit overprice(72 US dollar per night). Might be all hotels in old quarter area are very expensive. The hotel listed in booking.com as 4 stars hotel. It is not a 4 stars hotel what we expected.

J'ai dû exiger s'être dans cet hôtel, ils ont la fâcheuse manie de déplacer les clients dans un autre hôtel moins bien pour le même prix

Scam : ils m'ont dit que ma chambre était en travaux, ils m'ont placé dans un autre hôtel de la même marque, mais moins bien pour le même prix.
La chambre que j'avais sentait très fort l'humidité.

Shocking hotel.
Pros:

Nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

We both got bitten and it wasn't mosquitos, we think it was fleas, the place was dirty and very dated, the pics look great but this really isn't a nice hotel, it should be a one star at best.
The staff are more bothered with their phones than helping in anyway.
Had a family emergency and offered to pay the hotel a couple of nights compensation for leaving early, but they refused to help us even thou they could rent the place out again.
This place was so bad we left and found a better one until our flights home.
My advice would be to look else where.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The bedroom was very very small and the only small window in room looked on to hallway. This was a superior room. There was no iron and when requested one at reception we were told they would check and I returned downstairs 20 minutes later to be told it was unavailable. No toilet roll in bathroom on ground floor when we arrived. Disappointing stay.
