Excellent value for money
Pros:

Great location. Easy 200m walk to Tram stop & Train station, close to cruise terminal, and a 300m walk to Kibris Sehitleri for plenty of restaurants & shopping. 650m walk to the ferry. Modern bathroom, clean and good hot water in shower. Has a lift.& Air Conditioining & fridge. Small room, but perfectly formed. Full service laundry at Alsancak Kuru Temizleme, 200m walk. 500tl for wash & dry of full load of clothes. Drop off in morning pick up 5pm same day.. Good bakery 220m walk at Zeynel Ergin Gevrek Fırını. Great for pastry breakfast.

Cons:

Room was on small size, but this is reflected in the reasonable room cost.

A convenient and comfortable stopover in the heart of Alsancak
Pros:

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to the train station as well as restaurants, cafes and bars.

Will stay here again.
Pros:

Clean nice hotel with friendly staff on a quiet street. Nice floor heating so it was warm and cozy even in winter time. Kettle and fridge were useful, room was pretty. Nice water pressure in shower. Very close to train station and restaurants.

Cons:

Walls are thin so you hear everything from next room (and outside) but didn’t bother that much.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de muchos sitios para comer y de la estación de trenes, aunque en un callejón oscuro. La atención del personal de recepción fue adecuada. El baño estaba limpio y la ducha tenía buena potencia y temperatura.

Cons:

La calefacción central estaba demasiado alta, al punto de sofocarnos y tener que abrir las ventanas en pleno invierno. La cama no contaba con sábana ni un acolchado apropiado, solo una colcha parecida a una toalla y un cubrecolchon de plástico. No hubo servicio de limpieza en nuestra habitación, tampoco desayuno.

给我的旅行留下了很好的印象
Pros:

房间干净，前台工作人员都很好，离izban车站和有轨电车站都很近，出行方便，周边吃饭的地方也不少

Cons:

隔音有点不好，晚上如果隔壁房间或楼道里有人说话的话会听得很清楚

Хорошее место для короткой остановки в Измире
Pros:

Прекрасный отель на тихой улице не далеко от центра. Внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Отличное состояние номера, чистое белье. Просторная душевая. 5 минут пешком от вокзала, куда приезжает поезд из аэропорта.

Cons:

Очень маленькие номера, да же проблема разместить чемодан. Места попить чай то же нет. Нет одеяла, хотя в номере тепло (да же жарко) предоставлена только простынь. Отопление теплый пол, который не регулируется.

Modern hotel in a quiet street
Pros:

Modern clean hotel with delightful and helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. 5 minute walk to the street with shops and restaurants. Very quiet street.
