Beautiful hotel, would be an 8/10 stay if shower didnt smell
Pros:

the staff were very kind - allowed for an early check in and gave a little present at the end of the stay.

The room was nice, bed and pillows were comfy.

Everything looked quite modern, well kept.

Cons:

however, the shower smelled really bad, really bad. I didnt complain to the owners because I didnt want to be rude but I could not shower for the 2 days I was there. that was very unfortunate..

apart from the shower, everything worked well

A great stay, easy and very kind staff
Pros:

The property was clean and well kept. Easy to find and in a good area with trains, trams, buses and taxis nearby. The staff were exceptional and let me keep my luggage with them after I checked out and went on a day tour. They also assisted with organising a taxi for me when I did collect luggage.

Konum her ne kadar merkezi yerde olsa da pek güvenli bir bölgede değil, gece giriş çıkışta kendimi tedirgin hissettim.

Pros:

Very clean hotel, stocked mini bar..excellent location. Close to everything, bars, nightlife etc but far enough away so noise isn't a factor. 10 mins to the sea. The manager who's name I have forgotten (sorry) was helpful on more than one occasion. Recommended

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, currently not serving food which might bother some people, but with an abundance of food options on the doorstep it shouldn't be a problem.

Klein aber hat alles was man braucht in sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mitten in Alsancak ist ideal für Stadtbesuche.

Cons:

Es liegt weniger am Hotel - als ich dort war, wurden die Straßen im Viertel umgebaut, schwer zu erreichen wegen der Baustellen.

Clean and nicely decorated room
Pros:

Sparkling clean room, nice staff, and common area. 5 min walk from the train station (IZBAN) very convenient for a night before a flight.

Cons:

the area is not the best, but again if you need to be close the train station, the hotel is perfect.

Pros:

I had another wonderful stay at this hotel. This is my second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get anywhere. Thank you for your warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!😊👍🫶🏻

Pros:

Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und keine 2 Minuten entfernt ist man schon mitten in der Stadt.
Sehr herzliche Mitarbeiter ohne Aufdringlich zu sein.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich als Alleinreisende sehr gut aufgehoben. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das unglaublich süße Maskottchen, ein kleiner herziger Hund. Danke für alles

Séjour pour 4 -> 2 chambres - top !
Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix est bon - la localisation est assez centrale.
Je voulais remercier le staff à l’accueil qui était fort sympathique que ce soit de jour ou nocturne.
Si vous avez une voiture vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue.

Cons:

Les chambres sont fonctionnelles hormis la porte de la salle de bain où il faut faire une petite gymnastique pour accéder à la douche (une ouverture vers l’extérieur aurait été plus adaptée).

Pros:

Personel çok kibar, dost canlısı.

Cons:

1. Konum berbat, mahalle hiç güvenli görünmüyor. Yalnız seyahat ediyorsanız uzak durun.
2. Duşta devamlı, odada ara ara lağım kokusu vardı. Otel çalışanı arkadaş denizden geliyor dedi. Doğru olabilir ama bir çözüm bulunması gerekirdi.
3. Klima çok gürültülü çalışıyor.
4. Özetle; fiyat-performans olarak da kötü olduğu için (yukarıdaki sorunları da dikkate alarak) hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

very good value for money
Pros:

great location Alsancak (very close to the train station coming from the airport, close to the tramway that crosses the city and close to the fery boats), friendly staff and close to a must see Cultural Arts center (Izmir Kultur Sanat Fabrikasi)
