The location was close to the core area of san pedro

Cons:

I had my laundry done by the hotel, and they lost my pants. They refused to accept that they lost it, and suggested that I never gave it to them as part of the laundry basket. They still charged me for it. This has never happened to me before, and I've travelled to 44 countries. Also, there was absolutely no hot water for the shower on both days I stayed there.

Great friendly staff, great location some street away from most party, a good balkony with your own table and good bedroom size with comfy beds.
