Spacious rooms with all amenities for basic comfort
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and attentive & I had a big room with plenty of storage space and a nice desk. It is very close to the lakeshore, restaurants and other infrastructure. I especially liked the option to use a shared kitchen on the rooftop terrace, where you can eat and enjoy some lake views. Staying there for a few days to relax after a long hike in the jungle worked out just fine.

Cons:

It wasn't as clean and hotel-like as I had expected based on the description & the pricing. Arriving with a taxi, my driver could not find a way to get there as some streets are very narrow, so I needed to walk and look for the hotel a few minutes with all my luggage after a long day. (It might be helpful if a description could be added.)
Due to the central location, it is very noisy and on the rooftops in the neighborhood a lot of construction is going on. Water in the shower had hardly any pressure and was on the fringe of too hot with no possibility to mix in cold water. Also the wifi could be stronger.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor een trip naar Lake Atilan
Pros:

Goede ligging tov het centrum/restaurants in San Pedro. Grote kamer met groot bed en warme douche.

Cons:

Het is iets wat gehorig s nacht maar als je overdag gewoon actief bezig bent kan je ‘s nachts zeker je slaap pakken.

Pros:

Location - just far enough away from Main Street to be quiet

Cons:

Pros:

The location was close to the core area of san pedro

Cons:

I had my laundry done by the hotel, and they lost my pants. They refused to accept that they lost it, and suggested that I never gave it to them as part of the laundry basket. They still charged me for it. This has never happened to me before, and I've travelled to 44 countries. Also, there was absolutely no hot water for the shower on both days I stayed there.
