Pros:

Very friendly staff, receptionist/ owner gave me 50k VND when a different guest accidentally took my shoes. I'm still a little upset because how does somebody take the wrong shoes? Surely when they put their feet in, they felt different(?) Anyway, they were cheap 40k flip flops from the coopmart so I was impressed by her quick-thinking problem solving. The bed was clean and comfy, and the room size was good. The high ceilings made it feel very roomy, and there were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe.

Cons:

In the room, the bum gun holder had broken so they had improvised a new "holder" ... the drawer handle. Some of the sockets were falling off the walls, and the a/c remote control didn't work. I tried to turn it off at midnight (when I was already in my pajamas) but either the batteries didn't work/ it was the wrong remote control in my room but I had to sleep with my ear plugs because it was noisy.

Nice little Hotel, great value for money, very close to the city centre, the owners are delightful.
Pros:

Great little Hotel for the price, clean, comfortable, great shower, good wi-fi and in a good location, close to the city centre. For the money it's excellent, especially the balcony rooms, I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm HCM.

Pros:

Exceptional value for money. The rooms (individual houses!) are very spacious. The setting is beautiful, right on the sea. This is the nicest part of the island (more quiet, authentic and natural). The team is extremely nice and helpful.

Nice, clean, and comfortable Hotel. The rooms with the balcony's are especially nice, overlooking a quiet street. The room was very bright and clean, the bed was super comfortable, great power shower, excellent wif-fi. Only a $2 taxi ride to District 1 for shopping and the main tourist attractions. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good, clean comfortable budget Hotel in a good location.
