Dieses Hotel muß generalsaniert werden. Das Personal ist aber fantastisch.
Pros:

Lage in Washington sehr gut, Bett etwas ältlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer funktionierte Viele nicht. Die Klimaanlage war eine ganze Nacht lang defekt, der Fön funktionierte nicht, der Safe funktionierte nicht, die Toilette war verstopft, das Internet fiel 24 Stunden lang aus.

Great stay. Nice location
Pros:

High praises. Friendly staff, got an early check-in just because we asked if they could hold our bags there until check-in, upgraded room. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful room.

We had a comfortable stay. Disappointed in Balcony

Friendly helpful staff clean comfortable

Cons:

We paid more for a room with a balcony. The balcony had faux greens on the sides and a brick wall to the front. It was more of a cage than a balcony. We paid extra to have a view and all we saw was a brick wall very disappointed

The hotel was in a great a location, a short walk to many sights, restaurants, and cafes. The bed was comfortable, and the room was incredibly spacious. Staff were also accommodating and friendly. Overall, a great value for money!
