Not at all satisfied and lost money
Pros:

Location was ok

Cons:

Not keeping hygiene atmosphere. The premise was not tidy and the room was also not up to the expectation. The rate is not worth to the facilities. I had a deluxe room provided below this rate when I stayed at Koyilandi Park Residency.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was not well-maintained, and the bathroom was noticeably dirty. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi available in the room, which was inconvenient.
The front office staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We were charged an excessive amount for an extra bed, and the explanation provided during checkout was confusing and lacked transparency. Although we paid the amount to avoid further disruption to our day, the overall experience was frustrating.
If you have other options, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.

Pros:

Good Location. Staff attendence.

Cons:

Very congested room. Not well maintained. Bedsheets are worn and not look white & tidy. Fans running slow. Bathroom is in bad condition, no water pressure. TV remote not working.
